Best place in Ksamil to stay with family and friends!

Our stay at Vila Cako was exceptional! Our hosts were wonderful, the garden was beautiful, and the house has everything you could possibly need. A delicious homemade gift was waiting for us, and the dinner of fresh fish, mussels and homemade wine was the best thing we ate in Ksamil. Full recommendation! And extremy helpful contact with Hektor is something I have to mention :)

It's a wonderful villa with an amazing garden. It has all the needed facilities and comfortable for 3 couples or a big family. The location was good near the center and the beatch also. I highly recommand it to anyone searching for a vacation villa on Ksamil. We had a great time and enjoyed it.

The house was incredibly clean and more spacious than the pictures show. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious for cooking. The outdoor area is amazing and wonderful for enjoying meals and family time. The beach is just a few minutes walk and there are enough restaurants and stores within walking distance that you rarely need your car (only to go visit farther away sites). We went in mid May and had amazing weather and almost the entire beach to ourselves! We will definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay.

The facility is very well located, in a quiet area, not far from the beach. In proximity you can find very easy Supermarket, coffee shop and fish market. The host was very attentive with us, she treated/spoiled us with some local drink and fish plates.

In description the host said that are 3 bathrooms, but, in reality, we found only two. It can be inconvenient for long stays, when more than 2 families are checked in.

Gorgeous villa in a wonderful part of the world.

The hosts were wonderful. They brought us home made wine, rakia, figs from their tree, and even grilled us some fish and crab. Can't guarantee this, but I suspect it is how they roll! Nice beds, outdoor areas, and a kitchen where we made our own brekkie and dinner. Great location. Although our hosts live on the property, they have a separate area and entrance so we really felt like it was our villa.

No negatives at all to this place!

Właśnie wróciliśmy z tej pięknej willi, która przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Serdecznie polecam tym, którzy chcą spędzić niezapomniane chwile w Ksamilu. Willa czyściutka, bardzo dobrze wyposażona i co najważniejsze blisko centrum. Pani właścicielka wspaniała i bardzo miła. Poczęstowała nas tutejszą Rakią i lokalnymi rybami. Obiekt z dala od zgiełku miasta z przepięknym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w ciszy. Z wielką chęcią wroce tutaj jeszcze raz!

Absolutamente Impecable y perfecto

Es difícil encontrar este tipo de alojamiento en la zona, una casa independiente con un jardín tan cuidado y las instalaciones tan buenas. Todo se ve bueno, buenas puertas, buenas ventanas con mosquiteras, muebles, todo limpisimo,, un jardín grande y super bien cuidado con zona para comer fuera y baño en la zona del jardín,incluso barbacoa, en un sitio cercano a la carretera principal pero no en ella, con lo q no hay ruido y se está muy tranquilo, gran terraza,, casa nueva...super bien equipada ..no se puede pedir mas, la cocina tiene de todo, la dueña vive en la planta de abajo en un sitio independiente, lo q te da la sensación de q la casa está cuidada . Al llegar había bebidas frías en la nevera y en la cocina sal, aceite, azúcar ...en fin...todo absolutamente perfecto. Un 10

Een mooi huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Marsela is super vriendelijk en wil je overal bij helpen. De locatie is top. Je bent binnen 1 minuut lopen in de hoofdstraat van Ksamil en binnen 10 minuten ben je op het strand. 's Avonds hoor je de gezelligheid van de feesten bij het strand, maar dat is absoluut niet hinderlijk. Het huis is schoon. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader!

Gazda a fost extrem de primitoare si atenta la toate cerintele noastre. Locatia este ideala - aproape de plaja , restaurante si magazine, dar suficient de retrasa pt a oferi liniste si intimitate. Tersa este extraordinara, perfecta pt relaxare iar curtea este spatioasa - un mare avantaj pentru familii sau grupurile de prieteni. In curte pot fi parcate lejer 2 masini. Intr-una dintre seri gazda ne-a surprins cu o cina delicioasa. Ne-am simtit minunat si ne-am intoarce cu drag, oricand. Recomand cu incredere Viila M Cako!

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage mit traumhafter Außenanlage, idealer Ausstattung und einer Gastgeberi

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Der Kontakt und Austausch mit Marsela im Vorfeld über WhatsApp war sehr zuverlässig. Das Haus war äußerst sauber und gepflegt, mit einer traumhaften Außenanlage. Die Lage ist perfekt – Supermärkte, Restaurants und verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Parkplatz für zwei Autos und das Außenbad mit Toilette und Dusche, ideal, um den Sand draußen zu lassen. Marsela war immer ansprechbar und erkundigte sich regelmäßig, ob wir etwas benötigten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
