The balcony is nice.
Parking inside the property.
Perfect location (walking distance to the center)
Mirror in the bathroom.
No variety in the lights of the bedroom (only one central light).
No separate space for the shower area (everything got wet easily)

Faltam ainda algumas coisas no quarto, como cortinas corta luz, separador do chuveiro para a restantes casa de banho, como não tem nada molhava tudo e ainda uma casa parteleira ou algo de apoio no wc.
