Excellent !

Location is a few mins walk off the main road so less traffic noise etc but still close enough to walk to all the restaurants, bars etc. Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean and everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very good to respond to any questions before or during our stay. Our accommodation had washing machine too which was handy. The shower was amazing, big, plenty of hot water and good power. Pool was great too.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed was too firm for us. Completely a personal choice and no reflection on the accommodation which we really couldn't fault. 5 star!

The apartment is very good it has big balcony with slight of a wind which was very comfortable for sitting. Apartment has 2 rooms and 1 living room WC and balcony. Apartment is very wide and comfortable.

Io con la mia famiglia siamo stati in vacanza per una settimana in questa location. Appartamento pulito e moderno i proprietari molto cordiali, e la piscina fantastica! Vicino alla spiaggia, a tanti bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Ottima posizione! Ci torneremo sicuramente ! 💙💙💙⭐️⭐️⭐️

Net en comfortabel appartement

Mooi schoon appartement. Ruim ingedeeld. Je komt binnen in de hal en links is de ouder slaapkamer met balkon grenzend aan het zwembad, rechts is de 2e slaapkamer met hierin een keuken. Alles zeer netjes en ziet er strak en keurig uit. Tv in hoofdslaapkamer was defect, die hebben ze na 2 dagen vervangen. Strand is niet ver lopen.

Zwembad erg koud is niet verwarmd. Keukenuitrusting zeer beperkt, bijvoorbeeld geen kleine schaaltjes of een schaar. Ook beperkte ophang mogelijkheden in de badkamer voor 4 handoeken. En tevens beginnende schimmel op het plafond in de badkamer.

Es war sehr leicht Komplikationen zu klären, der Gastgeber war super freundlich.

Es war nicht alles so wie es im Booking stand. Z.B. keine Hausschuhe und keine Pflegeartikel.

Fantastisch!

Wij verbleven in het appartement op de eerste etage. Het zwembad met bijbehorende ligstoelen was fantastisch! Het appartement is ruim en schoon met een geweldig terras met mooi uitzicht. Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers met airconditioning en een mooie, nieuwe grote bank in de woonkamer waar je ook prima met twee personen op kunt slapen. Er is een wasmachine en afwasmachine. De douche is goed. De ligging is ook super, je loopt zo naar het centrum. Een supermarkt met vers fruit en goede producten zit op 5 minuten lopen en bij de zaak op de weg naast het appartement kun je heerlijk koffie drinken. Er werd snel en vriendelijk gereageerd door de eigenaar bij vragen. Wij zouden graag nog een keer terugkomen.

Dat je direct het hele bedrag contact moet betalen. Verder zou een koffiezetapparaat een mooie aanvulling zijn. .

בית חמוד עם בריכה נהדרת. אם אתם חולקים את המקום עם חברים או שיש לכם מזל, אתם תהנו מאוד.

הבית כולל 2 דירות בקומת קרקע צמוד לבריכה (אין גישה מהמרפסת שסגורה) ועוד דירה אחת או שניים בקומה מעל. היינו 2 משפחות בדירות למטה. אזור הבריכה והבריכה עצמה נקיים ומרווחים. היה לנו מזל שיכולנו ליהנות מהבריכה לבדנו כמעט כל הזמן. בסה"כ המארחים היו נחמדים וזמינים פיזית או בנייד ועזרו בכל מה שצריך. המיקום לא מרכזי, אלא בערך 7 דקות הליכה קצרה מהרחוב הראשי ועוד כמה דקות מהחוף. באמצע היום בחום ההליכה יכולה להיות קשה, אבל בערב זו הליכה נעימה ברחובות צרים וחמודים (שאינם מאוד נקיים).

קחו בחשבון שאתם חולקים את הבריכה עם הדירות האחרות וזה לא תמיד נוח או מרווח כשכולם רוצים להיות בבריכה באותו זמן. בלילה הדיירים מהקומה העליונה ישבו במרפסת מעל חדר השינה שלנו ולא הפסיקו לגרור כסאות ושולחנות. למשפחות עם ילדים יכול להיות פחות נוח לבשל ולאכול בחדר, כי אין שולחן ל-4 (אלא שולחן עגול ל-2 ועוד ושולחן דומה במרפסת). אם רוצים להתקלח כמה אנשים ברצף או בלילה, יתכן שתצטרכו לבקש מהמארח להדליק את דוד המים החמים. הוא לא מדליק לבד.

Ända nackdelen var att pentryt var väl litet och låg mellan de två sovrummen.

Mi è piaciuto l’ampiezza e la luminosità dell’appartamento. Sono presenti elettrodomestici utili e moderni e l’ampio terrazzo è molto apprezzato per pranzare o cenare all’aperto. La posizione è buona, non troppo vicina al traffico ma comoda ai sevizi e abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia. Il posto auto è sulla strada di fianco alla struttura.

Ci sono alcuni mobili datati e rotti che necessitano di essere aggiustati. È richiesta una certa tranquillità anche nell’uso della piscina , per cui non adatto a chi ha bambini.

Mooi appartement op loopafstand van centrum en boulevard.

Zeer mooi modern appartement met een prachtig zwembad voor de deur! Op loopafstand van voldoende eetgelegenheden en supermarkt. Butrint N.P. ook dichtbij. De host kwam de 2e avond wat fruit brengen! We zouden deze locatie aanraden.

Wij vonden Ksamil iets minder leuk. Kan ook zijn omdat het seizoen nog niet écht geopend was.

Appartement met zwembad.en groot balkon op eerste verdieping

Mooi zwembad met ligbedden op loop afstand van 1 van de stranden stranden voor alle ramen luiken en horren. Privacy op eerste verdieping met mooi groot balkon waar volledig schaduw is en droog bij regen. Niet geheel beschut waardoor veel wind. lijkt ons ideaal bij erge warme dagen.

Erg hard tweepersoonsbed, niet comfortabel. We houden van harde bedden maar dit was wat te hard. De 1 persoonsbedden waren wel goed. Er wordt veel gebouwd in de buurt wat geluidsoverlast geeft. Binnen in huisje wat donker als voordeur dicht houdt zoals wij deden in de avond en bij matig weer/harde wind. geen mooi uitzicht, stond ook duidelijk in booking advertentie.
