Lovely place

The host was super nice to us and the place is in a very nice and quiet location, close to the main points of the city. Was very clean and organised. There is a park just in front. I would recommend. ☺️

They only accept cash as most of the places in the city. I would recommend bringing money in their coin LeK.

Superb

The place was very well situated, because the city itself is very loud, but this place was nicely calm and quiet. In every room there was air conditioner. And there was a terrace which we could use which was really nice.

The kitchen equipment wasn't ideal for 6 people.

Will come back again

Very good for big family or big company of 2-3 families up to 8-9 people. Vila is on the 2nd floor of the house with separate entrance and large hallway with sofa. Two rooms (2 and 3 beds) with shared bathroom and one room (3 beds) with private bathroom and big kitchen with fridge, electric tile and dishes. Each room has air conditioning. Large terrace with good city view, especially in the night. Parking is in front of the house. Perfect place if you plan to go to the best Ksamil beaches by car (because they are outside the city). Host is very kind and pleasant.

Une petite halte à Ksamil 🌞

Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement (très moderne) ainsi que sa proximité avec le centre-ville. La petite cuisine d'été sur le balcon est une super idée. La famille était très accueillante, tout en restant discrète. Nous conseillons ce logement pour un court séjour.

Le matelas du lit était un peu (trop) ferme. Un petit-déjeuner inclus serait un plus :) De tous les logements que nous avons fait, celui-ci était le plus chaud malgré la climatisation.

Zimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden, es war in der Nacht super hell. Obwohl die Unterkunft weit weg vom Strand/Zentrum gelegen ist, war es sehr laut in der Nacht, weil die Terrassentür super hellhörig ist.

Ficámos extremamente satisfeitos com a nossa estadia neste apartamento em Ksamil. Desde o primeiro contacto, os anfitriões mostraram-se muito prestáveis, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou necessidade. A sua atenção e hospitalidade foram, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia — sentimos mesmo que fizeram tudo para que nos sentíssemos em casa. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, bem equipado e com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. O ar condicionado funcionava bastante bem e tinha um mini estendal para pudermos pôr a roupa . A localização é excelente, perto das praias maravilhosas de águas cristalinas e também de supermercados, restaurantes e cafés. Gostámos também muito da tranquilidade do espaço — ideal para descansar depois de um dia de passeio. Outro ponto positivo foi o estacionamento fácil e a ligação Wi-Fi rápida e estável, algo nem sempre garantido em zonas de praia. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento a quem visitar Ksamil — pela qualidade, pela localização e, acima de tudo, pela incrível simpatia e disponibilidade dos anfitriões. Sem dúvida, voltaria a ficar aqui!

Settimana balneare

Alloggio in posizione leggermente defilata e quindi molto tranquillo e silenzio, ma molto vicino al centro e alle spiagge. Ottimo livello di pulizia e dotazioni praticamente nuove. Ho apprezzato molto il bagno molto ampio e la doccia con doccione e spaziosa. Sanitari nuovi e puliti. Spazi organizzati molto bene e il terrazzo con stendino molto utile. Estrema disponibilità e prontezza di risposta da parte dei gestori.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était beau, propre, confortable et bien situé. (10 min du Poda) L’hôte était accueillante et gentille. Une famille super mignonne. Je recommande vivement !!!

Excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement

Tout était super, l’emplacement est parfait, centre ville accessible à pied, mais emplacement très calme et reposant avec une vue sur la ville. Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et au petit soin. La chambre était très belle, très propre et bien fonctionnelle, je recommande à 200% !
