Good value and location, but early noise and farm smells can spoil the comfort.

The price was great. We paid about €30 a night, which is very cheap for a room only ten minutes on foot from the beach and the town centre. Check‑in was easy because the owner’s son speaks English, so we could ask our questions without any trouble during our four‑night stay.

Every room/apartment has to check out between 08:00 and 09:00, and the building gets quite noisy around that time. I am not sure whether the sounds came from other guests packing their bags and rolling suitcases, or from the owner’s son going up to the roof to hang towels and duvet covers, but either way it made sleeping late almost impossible. One morning around 10:00, someone I assume was a family member tried to open our door; it was locked, yet the attempt left us uncomfortable. Each evening a strong smell, like cow manure, drifted in, probably from nearby animals, so we had to close the windows. I understand it is not their fault, but this smell, together with the early‑morning noise, made the stay less relaxing than we had hoped.

We booked this apartment in Ksamil and, upon arrival, the owner refused to let us in, claiming they did not accept our reservation—even though it was confirmed on Booking. The only message we received was a refusal for early check-in (13:00-14:00), but at no point were we told our reservation was not accepted. This caused us a lot of inconvenience and stress. Be careful—these owners are not reliable and do not respect confirmed bookings.

A quiet stay

I loved my stay in this villa .It is located in my favourite part of Ksamil.There are shops ,coffee shops and restaurants all around the area.The beaches are within a few minute walk.The villa itself is very clean ,comfortable,has everything you need for a holiday.They welcomed me with a can of juice and some candies which was very nice of them .The parking is safe in the yard .You have a table to enjoy your meals outside .WiFi works perfectly well.There is an extractor in the kitchen corner and there are mosquito nets on all windows.The fridge is big and has a freezer as well for your comfort.The bed and pillows are comfortable.The towels are snow white and soft.The owners are very friendly and helpful.You can pay in euros or lek.The check in time is very comfortable:from 10 am.Inside and outside it is clean and fresh.Thank you for hospitality!

Great value for your money. The beaches are walkable (around 10-15 min to the beach promenade), quiet area. Comfortable bed, air conditioning..

In the beginning there was a little mix up with my booking but the owners found a great solution. Contrary to the listing there was no washing machine.

Od pierwszych chwil czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani. Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany, niezwykle czysty i zadbany, a pokoje przestronne, jasne i komfortowe, z wygodnymi łóżkami oraz pełnym wyposażeniem potrzebnym podczas wakacji. Lokalizacja jest jedną z największych zalet – obiekt znajduje się w świetnym miejscu, blisko najpiękniejszych plaż Ksamilu z krystalicznie czystą wodą, a jednocześnie niedaleko restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. Mimo to okolica jest spokojna, co pozwala naprawdę odpocząć i zrelaksować się po całym dniu spędzonym na plaży. Ogromnym plusem jest także atmosfera panująca w Villa Silvi. Właściciele są niezwykle serdeczni, gościnni i zawsze pomocni – chętnie udzielają informacji, polecają najlepsze miejsca w okolicy i dbają o to, aby każdy gość czuł się komfortowo przez cały pobyt. Taka troska o gości jest dziś rzadko spotykana. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest rewelacyjny i zdecydowanie przewyższa oczekiwania. Villa Silvi oferuje wszystko, czego potrzeba do idealnych wakacji – czystość, wygodę, świetną lokalizację i wyjątkową gościnność. Z pełnym przekonaniem mogę powiedzieć, że jest to jedno z najlepszych miejsc noclegowych w Ksamilu. Gorąco polecam każdemu i z całą pewnością wrócę tu ponownie!

inadmissible de louer un studio soit disant "deluxe" alors qu'il n'est meme pas "normal"

studio deluxe n'est pas le bon terme :studio horrible je déconseille fortement !!! 1 le lieu est difficile à trouver 2 personnel pas très aimable à l'arriver 3 le plateau bouilloire n'existe pas donc mini casserole si on veut un thé ou un café 4 un seul couteau pour 2 personnes, pas de cuillères à café, 5 prendre une douche reste de l'exploit carinondée toute la journée car les wc sont a coté, ne pas oublier d'enlever votre papier toilette, le carrelage au sol a ete mal fait du coup l'eau ne s'écoule pas et ne sèche pas de la journée, par conséquent on marche dans la flotte quand on va aux toillettes , ce qui rend le studio sale 5 pas de torchon, c'est le minimum, les placards de la cuisine sont vides 6 fuite sous l'évier à chaque fois que vous faites la vaisselle Dommage l'Albanie est très sympa à visiter :)

E comod și liniștit, dimineața la ora 6:00 nu erau oameni,la plajă mergeam 5 min , la stradă in intersecție face cafeaua foarte gustoasă la doar 1 euro, magazinul se deschide la 7:00 , mi-a plăcut la Laguna Beach Ksamil e perfect pentru copii, după produse am vizitat un market la 15 km distanță Hypermarket Halo Group Saranda

Ottima esperienza, splendido soggiorno a due passi dal centro di Ksamil

Pulizia, vicinanza con il centro e le spiagge, servizi, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, piccola cucina e bagno. 1 settimana di relax indimenticabile. I proprietari erano gentilissimi, mi hanno risposto per ogni domanda che ho avuto in maniera esaustiva. Ci tornerò sicuramente, anche perché i prezzi per i servizi offerti erano davvero imbattibili.

Nada. De entrada me mandaron a una habitación cuando yo había alquilado apartamento de 43 m². Me dicen que es un problema de Booking. Ellos se desentienden. Me buscan otro alojamiento inmundo, con pelos por todos lados, caliente... Querer y no poder. Albania.
