Chris Apartment

Perfect apartment for a family. All the rooms are spacious, and there's 2 ACs, one in each room. The kitchen area has everything you may need to cook. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ksamil. You are less than a minute away from the main road, and about 3-5 minutes from the closest beach, which is PODA, or other, cheaper ones next to PODA. There's two balconies, one facing north and one south, so you can take in most of the view, although the northern one is mostly blocked by buildings. The place was clean, spotless, and so were the sheets and towels. A very good and pleasant experience.

Be mindful, the apartment is on the fifth floor of the building, with no elevator. If you are with someone who struggles or finds it impossible to go up the stairs, this place is not for you. There is parking on site, but not guaranteed. Most of the general parking space is managed by a nearby hotel so you sometimes might not find a free parking spot, but it is still manageable to park on nearby streets.
