The apartment was ok I didn’t like Ksamil

It was ok. The host’s were nice and it was queit

The place was shabby. The tv didn’t work, the bedside light didn’t work and the facilities weren’t great.

Best location in ksamil!

The best location in ksamil and the hosts were really friendly. A lot of restaurants and bars around the area and the beach is just 2min walk from the villa. Bus stop to Sarandë is 4min walk. We’ll come back for sure to this property!

Wonderful Place

The apartment is located a stones throw away from the seaside, bars and restaurants etc. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried, always there if you needed anything. Really nice family owned business.

Comfortable apartment in a central location to enjoy the local area

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights at Villa Oden. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay. Apartment is well situated in walking distance to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

A nice place near the beach in Ksamil.

The young girl at the reception who helped their grandparents because they could not speak English.

Price was much higher than the facilities provided by the owner.

Great location, super friendly family

The family who owned the property were so lovely and kind. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. Apartment was clean and a good size

I felt there could’ve been a few basics in the kitchenette like oil, salt, pepper coffee? This meant we have to buy oil when we were only there for a few days which was inconvenient.

The owner abused the cats on the property and hit them hard with his broom. Very brutal and quite sad.

The heaters in the bedroom only worked when the doors were shut, which meant the kitchen/living room was not able to heat up.

Accommodation was spacious, as four had more then enough room, the view from the entrance was quite nice, the landlady was helpful and forthcoming

Close to the beach

Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner was generous to gift us some lemons from the garden.

Parking was tight despite there being another area available. From a conversation between the owners, we understood that the other area wasn't offered to us as we were only staying one night.

The host was extremely friendly and available. We were asked if we wanted to clean our room, we received toilet paper, clean towels and trash bags. They allowed us to keep the bikes at the reception. We liked the kitchen. The bathroom is small, but being of a normal body weight, we were able to comply. They are close to beaches and shops.

But I have to tell the truth. We were expecting a mattress that wouldn't make a hole, a longer shower hose so you could wash your intimate area better, the sea view from the room was actually not from the room but from a common terrace, the fight with the ants because of which you could not leave anything on the table and the space in the room is enough for 2 people. The music until 12 at night was quite disturbing.

Exceptionally good and we would go back.

We booked this place through booking.com. We were very satisfied with this place. Our unit was on the second floor, very specious, with kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The two bedrooms are large, with air conditioning, and pleasant balconies. The wifi was very good. The owners were great, very friendly people and always available for everything we needed. They would go over and beyond to be helpful. The entire complex is very nice inside and outside, with beautiful landscape, and outdoor cooking amenities and barbeque. The view from our place was superb, it had sea views and city views. The price is reasonable. It is in a great location, few minutes away from several beaches, very close to shops and many restaurants. There is also secured parking at the villa. We had a wonderful time and always would go back. This place is exceptional and we would recommend it with full heart.

Great Location with everything you need!

Room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Air-con works very well cooling down all the rooms. Loved the balcony and so close to the beaches and restaurants. Friendly hosts always willing to help.

Some of the cutlery looked like it hadn’t been washed very well so we made sure to wash everything before and after use.

We heartily recommend this apartment

We heartily recommend this apartment. Here are the main reasons: + Location is almost perfect. All main beaches are 5-15 to reach. It is also not too far (5-10 minutes) from the restaurants and supermarket + Very friendly hosts. We rarely met such warm-hearted and always willing to help people. They were always there and asked as if we need something and helped us with recommendations. + Lovely accommodation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice balcony. It was calm and not crowded at night. There was also mosquito prevent for the windows. - There's really nothing that we didn’t like at this apartment. About Ksamil: We were here at the beginning of the August and most of the beaches were overcrowded. We strongly recommend visiting Arameras and Pema e Thate beaches, which are 20 minutes drive by car from Ksamil.

Not bad not too good.

The location was very good, everything was nearby. Hosts are super friendly, a bit of google translate and that's it. Private parking was super ok. Beach is nearby, supermarket and reastaurants that are wallet friendly.

During our stay we had a bit of unpleasantries. First night of arrival dining table was squeaking, as if there were some animal inside it and gnawing it. We put it out, told hosts the problem, didn't get the replacement. AC unit was a bit smelly. Only two towels per person, bed for people like me (195cm) and my wife is small, it's like 140cm x 190cm. No napkins, no shampoo. But the biggest problem are other guests that were loud from 7am like they were the only guests.

We are more than satisfied! Closest beach is less than 2 minutes away. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed. Landlords are very kind and welcoming! This is a perfect place to stay in if you’re visiting Ksamil! ☺️
