Great apartment. Fantastic value for money

Totally loved this apartment. It is in a quiet side sheet so no noise but it is 6 or 7 minute walk to main street and lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Beaches just a few minutes further and there is a local shop just 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself (we had ground floor overlooking the pool) was simple but really clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent. We had a really relaxing stay.

Lovely quite apartment, close to top area of town, beaches and lake. Restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Clean apartment which the owners cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every few days. Lovely pool area. Highly recommend. Owners are lovely

They need to check the rooms to make sure that in good condition before letting out

No kettle in the room bathroom toilet leaking too many rules around the pool television not working in the room couldn’t get a signal same with the Internet

Rust on the shelves in the fridge the sheet and bedding was stiff and also the mattresses are not good on the beds. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody I know.

Nice views to the mountains. New apartment. Basic kitchen utensils enough for a quick meal.

If you go by bus, ask for directions to arrive at the place as google will suggest the shortest but the steepest and in bad conditions. The longer path is way better through a sealed street.

Spacious and clean flat. Fully equipped with a nice balcony overlooking the water. In addition, very quiet location which is nice in busy fairground ksamil.

Good place to escape the heat and private beaches

Aircon was great (necessary for the 40C+ days). Pool was good, but could use more sunbeds. Room was as described in the listing.

Wifi was very very average. There are no photos of the kitchenette in the listing. FYI - The kitchenette was small with bare minimum of equipment (as expected from a kitchenette!). We managed to cook a decent pasta, but it required a bit of juggling as there is only one small countertop electric stove. Didn't impact our rating. FYI - Not the owners fault, but Ksamil in general is a tourist trap, we didn't do enough research before coming. The private beaches really ruin the experience. Really hard to recommend Ksamil to anyone during peak season. Didn't impact our rating of this hotel.

Very comfortable and relaxing

Very nice, clean apartment, lovely pool and very clean. Very beautiful apartment with pretty plants surrounding and nice view over the lake. Very close to everything we wanted! Staff were also lovely.

Great hosts, great value for money

The owner's were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Marrianne even made us a gorgeous homemade breakfast one day.

The pool wasn't swimmable despite in description it stated it was open. We did go a couple of weeks before the start of the season however it would have been nice to see it clear instead of green!

Comfortable and clean apartment

Super comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Kitchen was great for cooking small meals, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was nice. Convenient location and walking distance to anywhere in town. Very friendly hosts as well. :)

The swimming pool wasn't in use because of off season which is understandable.

welcome by the owner, arrival, price, pool, nice trees and flowers around, not far from 2 supermarkets and bus station, a bit further from the beaches

cockroaches in the kitchen and mold in the bathroom, little cleaning in COVID, no space in the room … it’s not an apartment but very tiny room

Paradise corner

The owner is super nice, very clean, modern and comfortable room. Kitchen is cosy and there is everything you may need in it. Terrace with a magic view. Pool is great advantage. Garden is brilliant. In this house everything is made with love and for people to enjoy ☺️
