We had a lovely stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is located in a peaceful area and has a beautifully arranged courtyard with benches, trees, and lots of flowers — a perfect place to relax in the evenings. Our children especially enjoyed spending time outside in the yard. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Lovely hosts that do everything they can to make your stay perfect

Staying at this apartment was a lovely experience! First of all, when we arrived, the hosts were there to welcome us and already ask us if we needed anything. For instance, we forgot to bring beach towels and they were available to provide them for us during the stay. Whenever we asked for recommendations, they provided really good ones (e.g. restaurants) and they are also very quick to answer. Additionally, the garden is GORGEOUS and as someone who loves nature, I really appreciated it and it truly elevated our stay. They let us check out late on our last day so we leave comfortably, just in time for our flight. Overall, I would recommend completely, and we will definitely stay here if we are in Ksamil again!!

A very minor thing is that maybe a couple more tools could be added to the kitchen, e.g. a cutting board or a wooden spoon. Also, maybe a bit more shower gel could be provided so you don't have to buy it for a short trip. Other than that we found everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the views were stunning. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway or a group vacation!

Facilities were great. We loved that it overlooked a garden with big trees.

We didn’t enjoy Ksamil. It is such a beautiful place, spoilt by over tourism and characterless buildings.

Nice villa,clean rooms and friendly staff! Villa is located in the heart of Ksamil and near the beach.. it was like 4 minutes walking!! Luis , the owner is very welcoming and he suggested us where to go and eat around!! Also the garden was great!! I highly recommend…

Staff and location are great

Staff is super kind and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, they have AC and Heating. Everything was clean. It’s a nice place and it’s well located. A few steps from the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The water heat wasn’t enough for me for winter time. But it is quiet warm. Beside that, everything was great!

Everything was great from the moment we arrived to the last minute..Staff is very kind and polite! Villa is located near the center and the beach and has a beautiful garden..There is also parking space inside. I would definitely come again next year!!

I would definitely come again and I recommend you to stay at this place.

On arrival the host was waiting for us with the keys despite we were half hour late and the staff was very king and polite. There were clean sheets and towels brought to us during our stay. There was a problem with the AC and the water heater but the host reacted right away and fixed it imidiatelly. There was a parking space reserved for us during our whole stay. The beaches were around 5min walk from the place. I would definitely come again

The AC got broke for a few hours but by the time we got back from the beach it was all fixed.

Everything was perfectly fine , from the moment we arrived to the last minute. Clean and beautiful place to rest, the owners are very kind and friendly people. They suggested us some beaches to visit. The beach is around 4-5 minutes , supermarket, exchange and restaurants are 1 minute from the apartament. The garden is lovely , a lot of flowers and fruits and bbq.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Eigentümer sehr zur vorkommend. Die Villa ist sehr schön! Der Besitzer hat uns zu einem sehr guten Preis Roller verliehen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Zentrale Lage! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Séjour charmant au Flower Garden Villa ! J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ici. Les studios sont propres, confortables et bien équipés, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances reposantes. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et de la mer, tout en restant calme et entouré de verdure. Luis est très accueillant et serviable, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore meilleur. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne qui visite Ksamil !

El jardín era precioso y la cama bastante cómoda. Está muy bien ubicado.

No es muy cómodo respecto a la cocina, tan pegada a la cama. El baño se inundaba fácilmente. Estaba en la última planta, muchas escaleras y el rellano lleno de zapatos de otros huéspedes (no demasiado agradable).

Our stay at Flower Garden Villa in Ksamil was simply wonderful! The apartments are very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. We had the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the garden, which has plenty of lovely tables and benches — the perfect place to spend evenings with the family. The atmosphere is peaceful and homely, we truly felt like at home. The sea is just a short walk away, and it is pure paradise! Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and beauty that can only be compared to the Maldives. Within walking distance you can find some of the best beaches in Ksamil — Podo, Guvat, and Bora-Bora — each of them unique and amazing. Our children were delighted: the sea is calm and warm, the villa’s garden is green and cozy, and they had space to play and run around. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, so dining options are never a problem. A special thanks to the hosts — they are truly wonderful, kind, and welcoming people. They responded very quickly to any of our questions and helped us as if we were family. Communicating with them was a real pleasure, and we are happy to keep in touch. This place was a real discovery for us. We will gladly return to Flower Garden Villa again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Ksamil! 🌺 Наш отдых в Flower Garden Villa в Ксамиле был просто великолепным! В шаговой доступности находятся одни из лучших пляжей Ксамиля — Podo, Guvat и Bora-Bora, и каждый из них по-своему уникален.

Soggiorno fantastico al Flower Garden

Una struttura stupenda, immersa nel verde, molto ben curata e situata a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, come da descrizione. La camera veniva rifatta con regolarità e profumava sempre di pulito. L'attività è a conduzione familiare ed erano tutti sempre sorridenti, disponibili ed educati. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarli ancora e complimentarmi.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Relax totale a due passi dal mare

Struttura pulita, ambiente molto piacevole e personale disponibile e simpatico. Il giardino fuori è uno spettacolo, abbiamo fatto spesso cene e grigliate li. La posizione è tranquilla e a pochi minuti da spiagge, supermercato e negozi. Perfetto per le famiglie, la nostra bimba di 11 mesi ha giocato tanto in giardino. Ci è dispiaciuto partire, saremmo stati un’altra settimana!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le personnel est très sympathique, La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme avec à proximité les plages, les clubs/bars et les commerces. Le jardin est tout simplement magnifique pour se reposer ou déjeuner en famille. Un grand Merci à Luis et son père pour leur accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Kleine prive villa

Locatie is perfect, 450m dichtbij het strand. Kleine villa, vriendelijke personeel. Hij heeft tot 04:00 op ons gewacht. We kwamen later aan vanwege dramatische wegen in Montenegro.

Onze kamer had bijna geen wifi bereik, maar wel in de tuin. Parasol & 2x ligbed kost €50 aan de strand, maar gratis voor mensen die in het hotel blijven langs het strand. Mijn auto os verlaagd, dus ik kon helaas niet op het prive parkeerplaats.

La ubicación top. Estas con todo caminando pero suficiente alejado para no escuchar ruido.

Nuestra habitación estaba hasta arriba y era un poco calurosa pero con el aire acondicionado se solucionaba.

Warm personeel en mooie tuin

Goede ligging dicht bij goede restaurants en wat verder uit de buurt van de drukte. Wel op loopafstand van stranden maar voor echt goede stranden zou ik een half uurtje lopen of 10 min met de auto. Airco deed het goed. Eigenaar gaf tips over restaurants en activiteiten.

Voor ons te klein (kamer + badkamer), hadden niet echt ruimte voor onze spullen en was maar 1 nachtkastje. Verder werd tijdens het douchen de hele badkamer nat inclusief toilet en wastafel.

Acomodação simples mas muito limpa e confortável.Muito limpa. As mulheres que tomam conta das acomodações fazem um trabalho impecável na limpeza. Os homens que recepcionam os turistas são muito simpáticos e gentis. Ótimo custo benefício em Ksamil
