Amazing stay in the heart of Ksamil

We really enjoyed the stay with Susana and her family, they provided everything we needed, the apartment was spacious, clean, with all amenities one might need. The property is situated in the very heart of the city, close to all shops, restaurants, beaches, etc, but at the same time in a fairly quiet location. Ksamil is quite the party town, so ocassional fireworks or music could be heard. The house is beautiful, surrounded by plants and a nice pool to cool down if needed.

Amazing! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The place is spotless, modern, and perfectly located in the center, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. everything in the apartment is new, clean and working fine. The swimming pool is great and kids friendly. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Suzana and her family are simply wonderful hosts—so kind and welcoming. We truly felt at home and could relax completely. Highly recommend!

There was no credit card machine, so we had to pay in cash and withdraw money from an ATM, which wasn’t very practical. I know they’re working on getting one, but in the meantime, if you’re traveling from Europe, it’s best to bring some cash with you.

Amazing place in the centre of Ksamil

Amazing Villa, very nice place to stay in Ksamil. It's 6 minutes walking from the closest beaches and same to the centre. The owners are amazingly nice and welcoming. Breakfast is served on the balcony and cooked directly by them. The swimming pool is amazing. Very recommended!

I stayed in Ksamil for 7 nights. And this visit was a highlight of my Albanian travels along the coast. Hosted by a wonderful and generous hardworking family, that treated me like a member of their family. It was really special and very kind hospitality, which was greatly appreciated. They only cared about making their guests happy and enjoying their stay. I enjoyed my room which was fresh, modern and clean. The pool was a terrific bonus to have after a day of sightseeing or coming back from being on the beach. One day, I simply had a quiet pool day and it was really relaxing. The pool area was always clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were prepared inidividually and always plentitful. Wifi and AC were excellent too. The location of the accomdation is steps from transportation, restaurants, beaches, cafes etc. You are really have easy access to whatever you want to do in the area. Good supermarket that takes (credit card) just across the street too. In summary, its a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it..and the host family will make your stay even better.

Beautiful Stay. Highly Recommended.

The location in Ksamil is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to everything you need. This is a family-run business, and it’s clear they work incredibly hard to maintain the building, gardens, and pool. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and supported. The apartments are simple but spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning, a small hob, fridge, and kitchenette if you prefer to cook. The breakfast served each morning is lovely. They also run a craft workshop and store with beautiful handmade souvenirs.

This isn’t a criticism, just a small suggestion. While the crochet parasols are lovely, a few with more solid shade might be a nice addition by the pool, especially during very hot days. We happened to be there during a heatwave, so a bit of extra cover would have been really welcome

Brilliant

Radi, Suzanna and family as hosts were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way very day to check all was OK and that we had what we needed. Amazing home cooked breakfasts with locally sourced products. Beautiful clean pool and the whole villa estate is kept so clean. We liked also the location of the villa in the centre of Ksamil and not far from beaches, supermarket opposite, shops, ATM. restaurants etc.

Music was loud one night at a local bar but it went off at 12 midnight. Accommodation inside is fairly basic but know there are some modern updated villas as went in one near pool. Nothing we didn’t like - the hosts are the best we have ever experienced. Very kind, hardworking hosts.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful family run property in a perfect location. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. The best part was the charming Suzana and her kind, warm and incredibly helpful family. Their friendliness and interactions made our wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We hope to return to Ksamil and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

The property was in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was run by a wonderful family who made us feel so welcome. Suzanna, her daughter Deniza and son Radi were exceptional hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning that was served to us on our terrace.

There was absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was perfect for our stay in Ksamil.

A great stay with nothing missing.

The place itself is amazing. We really had a great time and felt very welcome by the hosts/family from the very first second at Villa Agur Kapo. Furthermore the place was beautifully renovated recently and everything was in great condition. We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area and the pool.

Exceptional hosts

The owners of the property were so charming and hospitable they couldn’t do enough to look after us. Home cooked breakfast with fresh produce and homemade jams were a very pleasant surprise and the best food we had in Ksamil.

There’s nothing to complain about. The property was spotless and well looked after. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but all round great.

Amazing hosts, nice villa, good location

Private breakfast at your own terrace, located in the centre - 5 min walk to the beach, very welcoming hosts, nice pool to relax.

Our room was a bit small for 2 people, we had to store our suitcases in the back of our car. But as far as I heard, our room was the smallest - the others are bigger.

Magnífica y amplia casa

The house is very nice, spacious and very clean. It has a barbecue and is very well located, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and a few minutes from the beaches, for those who want to go to the private beaches of Ksamil, which was not our case. The host, Susana, was very attentive, kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended site. We would repeat without a doubt if we returned to the area.

Quiet family-runned guesthouse with a lot of heart.

A very nice family-runned guesthouse. We enjoyed the very clean pool, the delicious breakfast, the heartwarming atmosphere created by the whole family. The rooms are very nice and new and we loved having a fridge for drinks and some snacks. You can reach the nearby beaches effortlessly by feet and restaurants are nearby. The best thing is that it is a really quiet and relaxing place without loud music but a lot of heart. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Pareltje in het centrum van ksamil

Dit pareltje midden in de stad ligt er prachtig bij , goed bijgehouden door een warme lieve familie , mooi aangekleed zodat je niet het gevoel hebt dat je midden in het centrum zit terwijl wel alles op loopafstand is ( supermarkt , restaurants , strand ) iedere dag op gewenste tijd een lokaal ontbijt . Familie is erg behulpzaam en hebben ook een winkeltje met kunst die ze zelf maken en verkopen . Zoon van de eigenaar heeft ons geholpen met het regelen van een boottocht en die was ook helemaal top . Je hoeft het maar te vragen en deze familie staat voor je klaar klein maar mooi zwembad met fijne ligstoelen , ruim appartement met grote koelkast en fijn keukentje , goede snelle wifi en leuk terras met voldoende privacy , overal in de tuin van de accomodaties zijn leuke plekjes gemaakt waar je kunt gaan zitten

Le personnel aux petits soins, surtout la maman avec sa fille. Et le petit déjeuné était correct.

Les photos sont trompeuses comme dans beaucoup de logements malheureusement… c’était vieux et pas bien entretenu, qualité prix on pouvait avoir mieux mais bon ça va, pour une nuit ça passe.

Fantastisch verblijf in het centrum van Ksamil op (korte) loopafstand van ontelbaar veel strandjes!

Prachtige kleinschalige familie accommodatie. Heel vriendelijke mensen, Vader en Moeder en hun 2 (volwassen) kinderen staan het gehele verblijf voor je klaar. Altijd tijd voor een praatje om tips te geven en te helpen waar mogelijk. Wij kwamen met de auto aan vanuit een andere plek in Albanië. Bij de ontvangst werd ons meteen gevraagd of wij misschien nog kleding hadden die ze (kosteloos) voor ons konden wassen. Wat een lief gebaar om ons verblijf mee te starten! Iedere ochtend wordt een vers gemaakt ontbijt bij het appartement gebracht. De tijd waarop ze dit komen brengen kun je zelf de avond er voor doorgeven. De vila bestaat uit een vrijstaand gebouw in het centrum van Ksamil, vlakbij de hoofdstraat. Op het terrein is een zwembad met een zelf-service barretje, waar je kosteloos drankjes uit de koelkast kon pakken. Er zijn (volgens mij) 5 appartementen in de vila. Ons appartement had een grote woonkamer, met 2 losse bedden en een keuken. Daarnaast was er nog een aparte slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een ruimte badkamer. Buiten was een prettig formaat patio met 4 zitplaatsen. De patio is overdekt en aan 2 kanten open. Dit was prettig, want zo kon je altijd in de schaduw zitten! Op het terrein zelf is een mooi ingerichte en onderhouden tuin met een aantal zitplaatsen voor de gasten. Vanuit Vila Agur Kapo is het slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de verschillende prachtige strandjes die Ksamil rijk is. Wij hebben vrijwel iedere dag een ander strandje bezocht en hebben niet meer dan 10 minuten hoeven lopen. Onze tip is African Beach Club, hier was het iets rustiger dan op de meeste andere strandjes. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je (overal) tussen de 10 en 20 euro kwijt bent voor een parasol met 2 ligbedjes. Ksamil is een toeristisch dorpje met veel horeca. Meer dan genoeg keuze om voor een goede prijs lekker te eten. Vergeet ook een bezoek aan Butrint niet!

Er is werkelijk niets aan te merken op deze accommodatie. Er zijn misschien kleine opmerkingen over Ksamil zelf te bedenken, maar dat heeft niets met het verblijf bij Agur Kapo te maken.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wakacje w Ksamil,rodzinna villa,cudowni właściciele,mili i zawsze pomocni.Bardzo dobre śniadania,przygotowane przez właścicieli z lokalnych produktów.Apartamenty czyste nowoczesne,bardzo fajny basen.Centrum, wszędzie blisko czy do restauracji czy na plaże a jednocześnie trochę z boku.Jezeli wrócimy do Ksamil to tylko tam.Polecam!!!!

Een oase in een verder té hectische kermis wat Ksamil is. Nog nooit zo warm ontvangen. Super schoon!

Ontbijt was heerlijk en met veel liefde en zorg klaargemaakt! Speciaal voor ons de mooie ronde mozaïeken tafel: loved it! We konden ze alles vragen, nog nooit zo’n schoon appartement gehad. Fijne gesprekken gehad, gelachen, behulpzaam, een oase van rust in de kermis die Ksamil helaas nu is….

Eigenlijk niets, er was airco. Het was alleen in onze slaapkamer erg licht maar direkt gingen ze ermee aan de slag, zo ontzettend gastvrij en lief!

Zwembad aangename verkoeling

Zwembad is aangenaam. Je loopt zo het centrum in, parkeren op de accommodatie is top. Host is erg lief en behulpzaam. Het jammere van Ksamil is dat er geen publieke strand meer over is. Een strookje van 2 meter breed. Dagje strand, huur een bedje.... In de avond ook gezellige tentjes voor eten en drankje.

Nuestra estancia en esta Villa fue absolutamente maravillosa y superó nuestras expectativas. Es un lugar al que sin duda volveríamos y que recomendamos encarecidamente. El personal merece una mención especial. Todos fueron increíblemente amables y agradables, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La atención al cliente fue excelente, incluso con detalles como la facilidad para aparcar, ya que el personal te ayudaba a encontrar sitio o aparcaba el coche por ti si era necesario, un servicio muy apreciado. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba impecablemente limpia. Nos encantó tener una terraza privada con una mesa y sillas, que se convirtió en nuestro rincón favorito para empezar el día. El desayuno, servido directamente en la terraza de la habitación a la hora que te levantas, fue un detalle excepcional que disfrutamos muchísimo. Además, la piscina con tumbonas es perfecta para refrescarse. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Se encuentra en el corazón de Ksamil, lo que nos permitió ir andando a prácticamente cualquier lugar, incluidas las playas más bonitas, restaurantes y coctelerías. Esto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda y práctica, sin necesidad de usar el coche.

Un séjour magnifique dans un havre de paix , le meilleur endroit pour dormir à ksamil

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour nous ne voulions plus partir ! L’appartement est fonctionnel avec son agréable terrasse, c’est impeccable propre et la villa est entretenue avec perfection et amour , on se sent comme à la maison , avec des petits déjeuners délicieux servis chaque matin sur notre terrasse , la piscine est très agréable on est dans le centre de ksamil et pourtant on est dans un havre de paix à la Villa Agur Kapo , les hôtes sont exceptionnels ils ont tout fait pour nous faire passer un super séjour , nous aider pour les excursions , le linge, merci à toute cette magnifique famille de leur accueil leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse on reviendra on repart enchantés de notre escapade à ksamil grâce à vous

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollen Gastgebern!

Wir blieben eine Woche in der Villa Agur Kapo und fanden es wunderschön - die Villa ist frisch renoviert und alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Die Gastfamilie ist mehr als freundlich und hilft bei allem, die Absprache mit dem Frühstück hat immer super geklappt! Wenn man einen ruhige Unterkunft in dem sehr trubeligen Ksamil sucht, ist man hier richtig. Restaurants, Supermarkt und schöne Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist auch eine super Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen wenn man mal keine Lust auf Strand hat.

Unser zweier Zimmer hatte nicht viel Stauraum, was über eine Woche etwas beengend sein kann. Nachts konnte es aufgrund der zentralen Lage auch mal etwas lauter sein, aber gut aushaltbar. Das typisch albanische Frühstück kann für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas ungewöhnlich sein, aber es war immer mit viel Liebe hergerichtet.
