We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Belle Vue. Niko and Gloudy were very nice and frienly hosts😃 The appartement was very clean and had a beautiful vieuw. Also the breakfast was good. We will come back!

Absolutely amazing 😊

Where should I start with this property and the family who own it. Absolutely fantastic. They make us feel like they were our family. Room with a view to the sea. Everything you need it was there. At only 8min walk to the centre and just 12 min walk to the sea. Breakfast was served with the company of their owners always smiling and helping us to have the best experience in not just ksamil but in Albania. They recommend us to go to Permet and we loved the visit to this amazing town. So thank you for your hospitality.

A lovely stay with a view

A cute family-run hotel on a hill, beautiful views and a nice pool. Parking available and not far from the restaurants. Friendly service in various languages.

For some, the walk up to the hotel could be a problem but the location is excellent for getting some exercise. Overall, Ksamil is very hilly. There wasn't a lot of variety at breakfast buffet but we appreciated the toast, the omelettes and the fruit.

Perfect stay

The best family run hotel you will find. We were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived, the most welcoming and friendly family you could wish to find. Spotlessly clean throughout the whole hotel, comfortable and in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views of the sea and the lake. Couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely plan a return visit, I have already recommended family and friends.

The hotel and Ksamil was a wonderful eye opener for our first time to Albania.

The hotel is well situated and close to the main beaches of Ksamil, particularly Cocoa beach with its hand sculpture. All restaurants are close by too. Everything is about 12-15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet is fresh with local produce. An ideal place to wind down and relax for a week.

The climb up to the hotel from the beach could be challenging when it was hot but at the same time it opened up our appetite!

A lovely family run hotel

This is a great family run hotel. It's a lovely hotel with a nice pool, the family are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great views of the sea and a quiet location. Convenient location from the bus stop. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars

Clean, nice and fresh facility. Nice room. Friendly staff. Great pool. Free parking. I would have given them a rating of 9 if the breakfast had been better.

Breakfast was good but modest. To little choice for longer stay. The food was cold and not replenished on a regular basis. Some details: 1.pool - although on each part of the day there was some part of the pool in shadow there should be some sun umbrellas. 2. Some climbing flowers on the pergola and trees in pots at the pool would make the place even better.

Sanırım plaja 500 metreden biraz fazla, ayrıca otele dik bir yokuşla ulaşılıyor. Ayrıca, otelle alakası yok ama, Ksamil genelinde, tüm Ksamilden duyulan, farklı yerlerden atılan bir havai fişek atma adeti başlamış, gece 23-24 arası uyumuş olan cocukları & bebekleri uykuları esnasında çok korkutuyor.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, für das Geld bekommt man bessere Unterkünfte in Albanien..

Die Pool area war schön, der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön, das Zimmer & Bad war sehr groß.

Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht, aber leider gab es weder Herd noch Ofen, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und in der zimmerbeschreibung angegeben. Zumindest Bescheid geben wäre angemessen gewesen, wir haben unglücklicherweise extra nach einer Unterkunft mit Küche gesucht. Für 186€ auf drei Nächte einfach nicht mehr gerechtfertigt (hatten fairerweise aber auch das Familienzimmer mit 4 Betten, dennoch). Das Frühstück war leider sehr einfach und jeden Tag das gleiche, sehr wenig Auswahl und kurz vor 10 ist das Buffet schon sehr leer.

Modern hotel met zwembad op een rustige locatie.

Nieuw en modern ingericht hotel. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Klein maar lekker zwembad. Gratis privé parkeren.

Kamer was niet super ruim voor 4 personen met bagage. Stapelbed was een beetje wankel.

Alojamiento óptimo y agradable

El personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno buffet sin alardes pero cumpliendo su función. Te hacen el café en el acto, no es de termo. Tiene una bonita piscina aunque con las playas de Ksamil ni la estrenamos.

La litera estaba un poco esganguillada y hacia ruido a cada movimiento.

Struttura carina ma ubicata in una posizione non molto favorevole

L'arredamento moderno

La posizione, distante dal mare; fra l'altro l'albergo è costruito su una collina per cui per andare al mare a piedi non ci sono problemi, la strada era in discesa e in 10 minuti si arriva. Al ritorno invece la strada è tutta in salita con una forte pendenza. Consiglio a tutti dunque di venire con un'auto/moto a noleggio

Schönes gemütliches Hotel für etwas Ruhe

Wir waren hier für 4 Nächte, Hotel bietet eine Super Lage in Ksamil aber weit weg von all dem Trubel, mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Poolanlage war sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Raum und war sehr modern ausgestattet, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, außer beim Duschen überflutet man ungewollt das Bad. Das Frühstück war okay, wenig Abwechslungsreich.
