Perfect location, great host, and everything you need for a relaxing stay by the beach!

We had a lovely stay at Kejsi Studios! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local shops, restaurants, and cafes. It made exploring Ksamil super easy and enjoyable. The area is peaceful but still central. The studio was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Our host was very friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions — excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place near the beach. We would definitely come back!

Convenient place to stay

The host very helpful and generous. The bed had very comfortable mattress. The location was great, just two minutes to the beach!

The bathroom was tiny and the walls are very thin so we could hear neighbours talking like they would be talking in our room.

Good value for money

It was a studio, basic. I was not expecting much but was disappointed that there was no toilet paper, which i think is the basic need for any guest. Otherwise, it was clean. They didn't have allocated parking but we could find a parking space very close to it without payment( low season maybe) Overall it was okay, but I personally would look for something else next time I am in Ksamil

Decepcionante

La cama era cómoda. Nos reservo un aparcamiento antes de llegar. Ubicación centrica.

El ruido que hace el agua cada vez que la abres es insoportable. El baño es muy incómodo. En alto, con escalones pequeños e incómodos. Super pequeño y se moja todo porque no hay ducha. Es un grifo encima del váter.

Check-in migliorabile

L'appartamento si presenta come in foto, lo abbiamo trovato pulito e in generale ci siamo trovati bene: i letti sono comodi e la posizione è strategica perché vicina alle spiagge e ai ristoranti. Il parcheggio non è privato ma si trova facilmente nei pressi della struttura.

La struttura non è segnalata, all'esterno non è presente nessuna targa che indica che vi state trovando nel posto giusto. Il Wi-fi non funzionava. L'host non ha dato indicazioni chiare sulle modalità di check-in e non si è presentato per la consegna delle chiavi; non ha risposto né ai messaggi su booking né alla richiesta dell'orario del check-in (fatta sempre su booking). Dopo essere arrivati (intorno alle 16:30) e non avendo trovato nessuno, siamo stati aiutati da un signore del posto che ha chiamato l'host per noi. A seguito della telefonata, l'host ci ha risposto su Booking e ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno per farci fare il check-in di lì a breve. Dopo circa 20 minuti è arrivata una signora che ci ha mostrato la cassetta dove sono contenute le chiavi e ha ritirato la quota dell'appartamento. Viste le modalità con cui viene svolto il check-in, sarebbe più comodo permettere il pagamento con carta direttamente tramite il sito di Booking e fornire il codice per prendere le chiavi dalla cassetta, in modo tale da permettere al cliente di fare il check-in in autonomia ed evitare spiacevoli situazioni come la nostra. Se non avessimo fatto la telefonata non so quando l'host si sarebbe fatto vivo.

Ottima posizione , molte comodità e ben pulito.

La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere tutti i servizi ed alcune belle spiagge. Stanza ampia in stile moderno con bagno e doccia molto funzionale. TV , WiFI compreso, aria condizionata. Frigorifero. Balcone con tavolino e sedie e Stendibiancheria.

Parcheggio auto piccolo e non sempre utilizzabile perché molte auto ad utilizzarlo.
