Ideal für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt

Das Studio ist ideal für einen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt. Man hat eine schöne Terrasse, auf der man Sachen trocknen kann und abends schön sitzen kann (Achtung Mücken!). Das Zimmer ist groß genug, dass man zwei Koffer abstellen kann, ohne dauernd zu stolpern. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile, die allerdings mäßig ausgestattet ist. Das Bad ist klein, aber absolut in Ordnung. Tatsächlich war die Dusche deutlich besser konzipiert als in dem neuen Hotel, wo das ganze Bad beim Duschen geflutet wird. Das Highlight war aber das Frühstücksbuffet. Jeden Morgen gab es eine etwas andere Auswahl an lokalen Speisen, dazu das Übliche, Brot, Müsli, Eier und Speck... Liebevoll zubereitet und wirklich lecker. Schon alleine für das Frühstück würde ich wiederkommen bzw kann ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man ist nicht direkt an der lauten Straße aber trotzdem zentral. Den Stadtstrand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß (nicht zu empfehlen, zu viele Liegen auf zu wenig Raum), aber man ist auch innerhalb einer Viertelstunde an einem Strand ohne Liegen bzw mit mehr Platz.

In der ersten Nacht mussten wir in einem Hotelzimmer des neu gebauten Hotels übernachten. Das Zimmer ist viel zu klein, man weiß nicht wohin mit dem Gepäck. Das Bad ist neu, aber ungünstig konzipiert, die Dusche überschwemmt alles. Das Bett hat nur eine Matratze. Nachts muss man sich entweder von der Klimaanlage anpusten lassen oder Sorge haben, dass jemand einsteigt, da es ebenerdig ist und dauernd Leute an der Terrasse vorbeilaufen. Ksamil als Ort ist auch nicht sonderlich schön, es wird zu viel gebaut, die Strände sind bis auf den letzten Zentimeter mit Liegen vollgestellt, laute Musik, Verkehr bis an den Strand ran.

The property it self is nice.

I had the worst check in ever. The host never responded our messages and just randomly open because he saw us in front of the building. He run away to buy meat for without providing us any info. Missing towels, no-one available during the stay, just send messages asking for money. Breakfasts is bad, cold coffee and they don’t refill the food. Don’t go there.

Super!!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Gestito da una coppia bravissima e super disponibile! Stanze nuovissime, con tutti i comfort e dotate di aria condizionata. Offrono anche la colazione e vi è possibilità di pranzare e cenare. Cibo ottimo! Davvero consigliatissimo. Mare raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti!

Totul a fost exact ca in descriere. Camera moderna si curata. Am avut terasa privata foarte frumoasa si liniștitoare. Personalul excepțional si foarte foarte prietenosi. Micul dejun foarte gustos si diverse preparate in fiecare zi. Cafeaua a fost exceptionala. Au propriul lor restaurant si mancarea a fost cea mai gustoasa din Ksamil, cu preparate tradiționale. In concluzie totul a fost peste așteptări!

L'assenza di una doccia vera e propria. La doccia era un soffione appeso in bagno. C'è da dire però che tutte le strutture nella zona avevano questo tipo di doccia.

Nous sommes en plein centre, 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces à proximité. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipé ! L’hôte est très sympathique, à l’écoute et arrangeant, il nous a permis de laisser nos valises dans la chambre avant même l’heure du check-in.

Si no fuera por los colchones estaría bien.

Lo mejor es su ubicación. Está a 5 min caminando de la playa y del centro aunque en una calle un poco más tranquila. El estudio es bastante amplio y con utensilios suficientes. Tiene su propia terracita con mesa, sillas y tendedero. Además tiene una zona reservada en la calle para aparcar el coche. Por el precio que tiene y teniendo en cuenta como están los precios de la zona no se puede pedir mucho más.

Lo peor fueron los colchones de nuestro estudio. Estaban muy viejos y se clavaban los muelles que se notaban por todas partes asi que necesitarían un cambio urgente. Para mí es lo básico que debe tener un alojamiento, que puedas descansar y en esas camas era complicado... Huele bastante a humedad especialmente los armarios de la cocina. El baño es diminuto, por supuesto sin cortina ni mampara, la ducha es un pequeño espacio entre el lavabo y el wc lo que hace dificil darse una ducha. Se escucha bastante el ruido de la zona hasta las 12 de la noche que empiezan a apagar la música de los locales. No tiene desayuno incluido, si lo quieres son 5€ por persona/noche, el típico desayuno con café, tomate, queso, pepino y algo dulce. Para pasar una o dos noches no está mal pero si vas más días yo recomendaría buscarse otro sitio

Sakin, huzurlu ve keyifli.

Misafirperverlik harika. Tam bir aile işletmesi. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. Müstakil bir ev içerisinde mutfaklı bir oda ve banyo vardı. Çok tatlı minik bir bahçesi ve bahçesinde musluk bile vardı. Plajlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

The hosts were the kindest family, so accommodating and made our stay unforgettable. Rooms are cute and spacious with private patio areas in the best location possible. Short walk to all the beaches and restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight of our whole trip, we looked forward to it every morning!

A localização é perfeita, 3 min andando até a praia, perto de bares e restaurantes. A pousada tem um restaurante que funciona à noite, caso você não queira tomar um vinho e comer algo por la mesmo. Os anfitriões são muito atenciosos, pessoas simples, de um carisma, atenção que eu nunca vi igual. Faz você se sentir em casa. O café da manhã é ótimo, muita variedades.

Herzliche Unterkunft

Die Besitzer und ihre Familie waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war der Hammer und das beste auf unserer Albanien Rundreise. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ebenfalls großartig. Die Klimaanlage war nicht im Schlafzimmer, was sehr angenehm war. Lage war super ruhig und dennoch mitten drin und nur 3 Minuten zum Strand. Die Matratzen waren top.

Wasserdruck war nicht immer gegeben, In der Küche fehlten Töpfe zum Kochen und es war zu wenig Toilettenpapier da (Wir hätten vermutlich ab schnell bei Nachschub bekommen) Bad war in Relation zum gesamten Studio eher klein. Dennoch würden wir immer wieder dort buchen, da dies eher Kleinigkeiten sind

The location is amazing and the staff is incredible. The owners are really nice people! The bed is super comfortable!

The only thing I didn’t like was the commodities to cook. If you are planning to cook on this trip I don’t advise to stay here. But we went out for dinner instead of cooking and it was amazing!

Echt een steal als je hier zit!

Heel fijn klein kamertje vlak bij het strand! Alles is super nieuw en het ontbijt was zalig. Voor deze prijs kwaliteit verhouding kan je het echt niet laten liggen. Daarnaast is het personeel zo aardig en behulpzaam! Zou hier zeker terug komen!

Enige is dat het wat klein was, 2 grote koffers en de kamer was vol.

Super liebe Gastgeberfamilie mit super Lage

Besonders gefallen hat uns der nette, kinderliebe und freundliche Gastgeber. Abends gab es mal noch einen Raki for free. Das Frühstück für den Preis war super abwechslungsreich. Schön war , dass es auch traditionell Oliven und Schafskäse gab. So hatte man das kulturelle Flair vom schönen Albanien. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber , die Terrasse mit den Blumen fand ich besonders schön, da es etwas an meinen Garten erinnert hat. Die Lage mit ca. 5 min. zum Strand war perfekt und die Kulisse mit den Bergen und den kleinen Inseln von Ksamil unbeschreiblich schön. Sehenswürdigkeiten/ Ausflugsziele waren durch das gut ausgebaute Straßennetzwerk perfekt zu erreichen. Restaurants gab es überall vor der Haustür, demnächst möchte der Gastgeber auch selbst eins eröffnen. Somit alles da was man braucht. Vielen lieben Dank.
