A Perfectly Located Gem

Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had black out curtains - we slept very well! Cute balcony and really accommodating host. Great location - beaches walkable and surrounded by good restaurants. “Family” restaurant opposite was incredible!

There was no shower curtain/screen so bathroom got quite wet - however this seems common in Albania.

We had a wonderful stay at Crown HF in Ksamil. The property is modern, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean and well-organized. One of its biggest strengths is the location, just a short walk from the sea, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials: towels, hairdryer, minibar, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available for any request. Communication was excellent, he responds instantly on WhatsApp, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!💪🏻♥️

The only small downside was the shower, since it’s an open design without a shower box, we weren’t really used to it and some water tended to splash outside. However, it’s a minor issue and definitely manageable.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean!

The room is spotlessly clean, with super comfy beds and a great shower and lovely balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. We loved the location - it is right where all the best restaurants are, including the best one: "Family", which is right in front. It's also just a few steps away from the beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

PERFECT!

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. Need something? Just ask! He’s by far the sweetest Airbnb host we’ve ever met. The apartment is very clean and, despite being right in the city center, it’s surprisingly quiet inside the bnb. They even cleaned the room during our stay, which was a lovely touch. He made sure we were happy the entire time. The location is perfect right in the heart of Ksamil, but not in the noisiest part. Just a 2-minute walk from everything: beaches, restaurants, shops… I truly can’t express enough how much I recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ksamil. The room is just like the pictures. We enjoyed the view from the balcony very much. Thank you so much for everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Merkezi bir konumda olmasın rağmen asla içeri gürültü gelmiyordu. Temizlik konusunda da çok başarılıydı.

Camwre molto belle, ma attenzione ad alcuni aspetti

La camera era molto bella esteticamente e sufficientemente comoda. Ho potuto stare sia nella doppia sia nelle tripla perché inizialmente l’host mi aveva dato per errore la tripla. I balconcini delle camere sono davvero molto carini. La posizione è ottima, centrale e vicina alle migliori spiagge di Ksamil e a tutti i vari servizi. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile.

Le camere purtroppo sono molto calde, occorre tenere costantemente il condizionatore acceso, anche di notte perché se si apre la grande porta finestra le perone che abitano nel palazzo davanti ti vedono mentre dormi 😅 Il frigorifero della camera mi aspettavo potesse essere più refrigerante, mentre rinfrescava solamente, è da tenere presente se si vogliono lasciare cose tipo yogurt. L’host inizialmente mi aveva chiesto di pagare in contanti, anche se non era stato scritto da nessuna parte all’atto della prenotazione, ma poi si mia esplicita richiesta è riuscito a farmi pagare con un POS. Mi è sembrato molto strano non trovare nessuna insegna con il logo all’entrata. Ho fatto fatica a capire dove fosse. Il tassista che mi aveva accompagnato aveva gentilmente chiesto al ristorante davanti dove fosse il posto, ma nessuno sapeva, per fortuna ho riconosciuto i balconcini dalla foto. L’entrata è quella di una sorta di piccolo condominio, difatti sotto ci sono degli appartamenti di residenti.
