Sehr nette Familie, freundlich, hilfsbereit, ich kann nur jeden empfehlen, ich bin von Stuttgart reist, und werde auch öfters bei diesen nette Familie hingehen einfach perfekt, sehr freundlich , Strand Nähe , Parkplatz inklusive , alles hat gepasst Beste tank an die Familie , und an den jungen Mann Leonardo wo uns empfangen hat . Immer wieder sehr. 🤗

chambre agréable, l'équipement pour la partie "cuisine" est sommaire mais l'essentiel est présent. La famille est très accueillante et toujours prête à vous rendre service. La situation est idéale. Pour une fois, le parking est très facile d'accès même avec un véhicule un peu hors norme. Venu en mai, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Nous étions seuls et Ksamil n'était pas encore "envahie", nous étions donc vraiment au calme

It was clean. All i needed was there. The staff are lovely. A very nice couple and extended family. They were so helpful and welcoming. On the last day our taxi never turned up and the gentleman who owned it tokk is instead. Xx

Very comfortable apartment

The hosts are very nice and helpful. They were here for everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy. The city center is pretty close. The beach is also very close but it is dirty and overcrowded, the hosts recommend Pulebardha beach to go to by car and that was great.

The location is really good as it is right near the beach and close to the center, but still quiet. The balcony is a plus, really big and with a nice view. We loved meeting Elona and her family, she’s adorable and super helpful with everything

The place could do some improvements with decoration and finishings to make it more homey. Also there could be some basic things in the kitchen like olive oil for example or a bottle of water for the arrival. There is no place to leave your luggage in case you want to enjoy the day after check out, so keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage to either find somewhere else to leave it or depart Ksamil at that time (official check out time was very early, 9 am, but they were kind enough to let us stay until a bit later). Still, the value for money is good and based on other places we saw in Ksamil this seems to be the norm.

Elona was a very kind, considerate and respectful host during our 6 nights stay here. If we ever come back to Ksamil we will definitely return to stay here again. I would recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!

A nice and clean villa, close to beautiful and not so crowded beaches with clear water

A perfect place to stay for a calm and pleasant vacation in Ksamil. The villa is very close to beautiful beaches, and restaurants, but at a sufficient distance from the centre in order to have a good sleep in silence. The villa is very clean and well maintained, the hosts are very welcoming, showing a lot of hospitality. Emiljano and Elona's speak very good English and will help you with everything that you would need. Their grandparents are absolutely cute and welcoming nice people. In my honest opinion, this villa has a perfect location for a perfect vacation.

Great value for money

Very basic but lovely villa organized by very sweet local family. Facilities are pretty simple, but very clean and well organized. Villa is 1 min to the 2 beaches so location is absolutely luxury! Air conditioner was very strong, same as fridge - everything is new. Studio with balcony had a lot of space as well as nice balcony, so this is not just a room - it’s a real studio! Great value for money!
