We have stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and once again everything was excellent. The location is perfect – very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you need in Ksamil. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our holiday and felt very comfortable here. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

We especially liked the host Freddy. This is our second time here, and we returned because of the convenient location, the host's hospitality, and the clean, comfortable apartments. They have all the amenities for a relaxing stay. If we ever return to Ksamil, we'll definitely return to this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

The room was comfortable with good AC and a nice bathroom, also a TV and good WiFi. It was clean and fucntionql. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The drawbacks were more the area itself was so busy in peak season, and there was a fair bit of noise but this isn't the fault of the property. For a basic, clean room in Ksamil this was a good choice.
