Super clean, comfy apartments with wonderful hosts and a great nights sleep 😀

It’s not often I take the time to write a review but Freddi absolutely deserves all the paise he can get. From the moment my friend and I arrived Freddi was a wonderful host, instantly treating us to fresh coffee and handmade sweeties. Our room was on the ground floor and comprised of three rooms one with two couches (could be turned into beds) a fridge ( with bottles of water provided) and a table, a well appointed bathroom with a built in hairdryer and a large bedroom with plenty of storage space. The rooms that were so clean you could have eaten off the floor! Added to this we had a large balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic and not overly noisy as some can be. Wi-Fi was fast and never faltered. The location of the property was way better than we both imagined - an easy walk to the beach, a crepe place next door, a small shop opposite and lovely tavernas. I can throughly recommend the one almost opposite the creperie (Freddi recommended it) I would say this area of Ksamil is perfect if you prefer a quieter area. I felt there was still plenty to choose from (eating and drinking) but the main extremely busy area was only a very easy 8 minute walk away - so all the amenities without the noise and bustle of actually being in the centre. Freddi and Lucy were the perfect hosts and indeed every time Fiona and I walked by reception we were offered coffee, Raki and sweeties. Nothing was to much for them and Freddi even kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop on our departure (think he saw the size of our rucksacks 😂😂 and felt sorry for us in the heat) I cannot recommend Relaxing Escape Rooms enough and would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact my friend and I are already planning “next year”

Loved it!!!

We loved our staying! Fredi was super receptive! I totally recommend it and I would stay again at Relaxing Escape Rooms! They also changed our towels after 2 days what we really liked! The place is close to everything! Super nice vibes.. The apartment is super clean and new! The AC was a life saver with the 40 degrees outside. Having a kitchen is also good if you dont feel eating out every single day. We stayed 3 nights and loved it! The best apartment we have staying in Albania.

It is a great accomodation

The location is perfect and Fredi is the best host. He was very nice, helped us with our luggage, always was available if we needed something, and tried his best to solve our problem.

The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you might have some problems from the noise outside. Additionally, a microwave in the room would be pretty handy.

Location was perfect, with lots to do close by and good to get to many places, the accommodation was intimate, clean and comfortable with car parking available which was great for us and the Host Freddi was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, friendly .

Great value, large room with a good clean bathroom.

No sound proofing. Could hear everything inside our room. Unlocking the door was difficult at night because you have to take the key card out of the power switch which knocks the power out and it goes completely dark. Then we can’t see the lock.

Very clean, we had anything we asked for. Fredi, the owner was very friendly. The location is also very good you can walk to many of the beaches. If we come to Ksamil again we would definitely stay here without any doubt.

The room was comfortable with good AC and a nice bathroom, also a TV and good WiFi. It was clean and fucntionql. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The drawbacks were more the area itself was so busy in peak season, and there was a fair bit of noise but this isn't the fault of the property. For a basic, clean room in Ksamil this was a good choice.

Perfect location, great amenities, amazing hosts.

Came here for 4 nights with my best friend, we just wanted something clean with a good location. We feel that we was a 5 minute walk from the best beach that ksamil and the south of Albania has to offer, we ended up going to the same one everyday! The rooms were very comfortable with aircon and a fridge which was perfect for us!! The bathroom was amazing, the shower had very good water pressure and it was a good size. The hosts were amazing. Veronika was our delightful house keeping lady. She was very friendly and helpful in all ways. Lucy was also great, whenever we needed something we messaged her and she was quick to respond and help us with anything we required. We felt very welcomed and will definitely return.

Excellent excellent

Host was great. As soon as we arrived her and her husband greeted us. The room was ready early, very very clean. She had juice ready for my 3 year old son and waters in the fridge. All modern conveniences. Host even took care of washing all of our clothes as we were already traveling for a week. Convenient location. Close to everything. 10 out of 10
