excellent location, clean, private parking and spacious balcony with shade and view.

View was great. Wonderful distance to beaches and and dining, but shielded from the busy roads. The host, Renato, was around all the time and helped with questions and made sure parking was available. We also got tips for good beaches without noise.

There was only AC in one room, so it was a little hot for the children in living room.

I would like to thank so much for the management of Vila Leo . I first booked this accommodation as last minute and couldn’t go wrong. It was very comfortable and had everything you may need for catering. A walk to the beach with minutes and one of the most beautiful beaches you can be in Albania . I will definitely come back , the gentleman that gave me the keys to access the accommodation was also very friendly. Thank you so much

Bad experience

Location - Close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops

1. The presence of the owner - The owner was constantly hanging around the apartment, moving our chairs on the balcony, opening/closing the window shutters... 2. Communication with the owner - The owner doesn't speak English, only Albanian. 3. Rooster - Yes, rooster at a neighbor's, 10 meters from the apartment. Crows every night around 2, around 5 and around 8. Nightmare 4. Air conditioning - The cable for powering the air conditioner is in two parts, someone cut it, connected it, horror. After 2 hours of work it starts to spread a disgusting smell around the room. Totally unsafe. 5. Fickle owner - When we arrived at the apartment he immediately asked us for money, promising to give us one day for free. He literally kicked us out the day before. The moment he took the money, he forgot about his promise. Shameful 6. Furniture - There is a storage closet in only one room. The other room is actually a kitchen with two uncomfortable beds.

1. It is a very very very clean property. Rooms are large and super clean, towels and linen - Snow white (a made come after 3 days and changed them), courtyard tiles were daily cleaned and plants were watered. 2. An astonishing view over the bay from the rooftop. 3. Very good wifi

1. Parking in the street 2. The property caretaker attitude. In the morning, when he came and found us using AC with open door, he slammed the door to wake us up and cutted Off the power until the door was closed. In the last evening before our departing, he tried to ask for more money.

Permanenza a villa Leo

La posizione era perfetta, area video sorvegliata e tranquilla, propietari super gentili e disponibili con gli ospiti. Casa spaziosa e carina, provvista di aria condizionata e wifi perfettamente funzionante

La doccia purtroppo ha le tendine che fanno passare l'acqua ma nulla di così problematico, unica pecca insieme alla mancanza di un forno

Una bella esperienza, anche se a livello di Turismo devono

La casa è vicinissima al mare e in pratica a due passi dal centro e dai 3 minimarket della Zona ( hanno solo il minimo indispensabile per sopravvivere). Il nostro appartamento era situato in fondo alla proprietà, pulita, aria condizionata e con un bel terrazzino esterno; Da notare che in casa non vi è la presenza di un forno. Il posto auto è fuori dal cancello della villa. Il proprietario di casa è alla mano, gentilissimo e si sforzava di parlare italiano, ma con i traduttori moderni non c’è problema. Sia lui che la moglie sono in pratica sempre fuori dalla proprietà a sorvegliare la zona e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

La non presenza di un un fornetto anche piccolo per riscaldare qualcosa.

Prima volta in Albania.Da ripetere.

Nell'appartamento,ottima la posizione,in pieno centro e vicinissima alle spiagge principali,ai market e ai ristoranti. Parcheggio privato gratis subito fuori dall'abitazione. Staff sempre presente e disponibile.
