Highly recommended for a nice stay at Ksamil/Butrint!!

Hosts and breakfast were superb!! Walking to beach only few minutes. Communication with the son in English went very well

It was a good stay really enjoyed my stay

To start with the host was very welcoming 😊😊. Breakfast was great as the food tasted really good. Property has a washing machine which makes it easier Property in a very convenient place for service all shops and restaurants were nearby , provided parking considering it’s hard to find parking. The bedding was clean and no funny smell. The apartment catered for my family as l had 2 kids .Rooms were big enough.

Nice place for one week stay :-)

The apartment fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, fully eqipped and clean. Each room with separate AC and TV. Comfortable ans spacy terrace on the 3rd floor with amazing view. Short distance to town and beach. Extreemely nice and helpful personnel. Simple but nice breakfast. Recommended for bigger families.

Amazing place

It was a fantastic place. We had a penthouse on the top. Lots of space, comfortable beds, soft towels, nice apartment. Delicious breakfast. Very kind staff.

The guy said we can have our breakfast anytime and order anything we want so we came around 9. Our breakfast was ready but omlet was cold. That’s the only disappointment.

Great place.

The balcony was nice, had a nice view of Ksamil and the mountains and sunset over the mountains. Was a short walk to food places and about 15 minutes to the beach walking. Hosts were easy to deal with and very nice. Place was clean, shower was good. Had a clothes line on the balcony that was handy for drying clothes.

No microwave or free water. Broken toilet seat.

Perfect for a summer holiday

The property is clean and perfect for a group of people. It’s 15-20 walk to the beaches. Owner and host are very responsive to any questions and needs. The balcony is quite nice.

Summer dreams come true:)

Super nice family! Great communication beforehand. Mum couldn't speak nor understand that much English. But that was absolutely no issue. The kids were of great help and the most important things she understands. Everything was in walking distance. You can reach the beaches, supermarkets, city center and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The view was awesome as it is located up the hill. Parking lot within property. Room, kitchen and bathroom were great equipped.

Exceptional

This place and family is amazing. They are really here to help you. The children speak English very well so we could easily communicate. If we asked anything, they solve or answered it immediately and helpfully. They are really good hosts. It is a maintaned house, the apartments have big balconies and normal bathroom with separted shower. There is a washing masching that is available for the guests which was very useful. WIFI works properly. For us the location was perfect as it is located in a quite area at the end of the city but in a walking distance to everything, max 5-10 min to café, bakery, restaurants, shops.

The kitchen equipment is a bit low but everything worked very well so it is not a disadvantege and easily managable if you want cook only for few times.

A wonderful stay

Lovely little place to stay just off the beaten track, in the quieter part of ksamil. The owners were great and eager to make sure everything was just right. With free use of the washing machine being a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was great value for money with everything you could want for and need. We would definitely recommend Summer Dreams to anybody thinking of staying in Ksamil. It really was a pleasure and we hope to return one day 😊

Summer Dreams appartment was everything we could have asked for our stay in Ksamil. The house has a great position, located near the center of the Town and all the principal beaches. The appartment was clean and cozy. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We recomend Summer Dreams to anyone
