Spacious place in close beach distance

Spacious appartment, just a 1min walk from Ksamil Beach, plenty of markets and restaurants all around. Parking in front of the building easily possible. Host lives next door with easy communication for check in and check out. Perfect view from the balcony.

The kitchen has no stove, just use the restaurants around. Other utensils are available (kettle, coffee machine).

Perfect location

Perfect location with views of Ksamil main beach. The sunsets were glorious. Antil and Sonia were welcoming and friendly hosts

Great location, an understanding host, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The host was amazing; the fact that they even thought of providing drinking water made us very happy, and they were very understanding and flexible with the check-in and check-out times.

Ramaj apartment

The location was very good for our needs. We had a partial view of a lovely beach, which was a 2 minute walk away. There are plenty of amenities very close by and a supermarket on the doorstep. Some great fish restaurants which we used every night.

Not suitable for people who would have difficulty climbing two flights of stairs.

Wonderful apartment with a perfect location. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed as a family with two kids and everything was just perfect. Highly recommended – 100%!

A really Exceptional Experience

The property and location exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The views of the sea and mountains from the balcony were breathtaking , there was nothing better than taking in the peaceful early morning views which were exceptionally quiet and peaceful along with the Sunsets which having travelled around the world were one of my favourites. Sonila and her family who live next door were so helpful , friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend some time with them throughout my stay . The apartment is just 100 meters from the most glorious beaches and plenty of Seafood restuarants, the whole ambient vibe is just so peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend and will for sure be booking to go back and stay

The Ramaj apartment was within walking distance to everything including the beautiful beaches. The host was welcoming and friendly with good advice of local attractions.

We loved and and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location was perfect, quite big, good shower, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities and the owner was a pure delight. We even went out for drinks with Sonja and Arten who showed us their favourite places in Ksamil. We loved it.

Because aware it’s at the top of 4 flights of steps so not accessible if you have physical difficulties.

Perfektes Apartment mit super netten Gastgebern ☺️

Sehr sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und tollem Blick vom Balkon! Die Lage war perfekt. Fußläufig nur wenige Minuten vom Strand, verschiedenen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren super, super freundlich! Selten so eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt! Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Ksamil!

Mooi appartement met zeezicht en dichtbij zee.

Mooi appartement, top locatie, 2 minuten van zee en met zeezicht. Een apparaat voor koud drinkwater was erg prettig.

We misten een wasmachine, als je er meerdere dagen zit zou dat wel prettig zijn.

Excelente ubicación y atención muy buena

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, perfecta para moverse a pie y disfrutar de la zona. El lugar estaba muy bien equipado y limpio, los anfitriones fueron muy amables con nosotras: nos dejaron crema solar porque no teníamos, y el último día nos sorprendieron con unas cervezas frías para despedirnos. Muy recomendable

Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer in einem typisch albanisch eingerichteten Appartement

Das beste an der Unterkunft war definitiv der Ausblick auf das Meer. Aber auch so konnte das Appartement überzeugen. Es gab sogar einen Wasserspender auf dem Zimmer. WLAN und Klimaanlage haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Einzige Manko war, dass man doch die ein oder andere Stufe bis zur Wohnung bewältigen musste.
