A great stay for a beach holiday

We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment! It’s spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, and with convenient access to public transport. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from, including vegetarian-friendly choices. The host was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help and quick to arrange anything we needed during our stay. As a heartwarming surprise, we were gifted a delicious homemade cake when we checked out—a truly thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.

It was a stay that exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was absolutely ok. All stuff you need. Also, a lot of homemade food. 1O min by foot to the best beach in Ksamil- Bora Bora. Extremely clean and cozy place. The hosts were nice and helpful. I recommend this place 100%. We will visit it again.

Family-run hotel with the friendliest and kindest owners and staff who do everything to make your stay just perfect. Exceptional stay – the room was very modern, everything new and extremely clean, with daily cleaning keeping it spotless. Our room was on the first floor with an outside table in the shade for a relaxing drink or meal. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Ksamil Beach, with plenty of great and affordable local restaurants nearby. Breakfast was sooooo good - great variety of food - sweet and savory local pastries, different kind of eggs, fruits, etc. They happily provided everything we requested during our stay. It was a fantastic experience, can't ask for more - only recommend !

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ksamil! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate - everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, with everything in Ksamil within a 10–15 minute walk. Whether you’re heading to the beach, restaurants, or local shops, it’s all super convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed – air conditioning, a fridge, wardrobe, mirrors, and multiple lighting options to suit the mood. It was a lovely space to come back to after a day of exploring. Breakfast was included in our stay and was absolutely delicious. There was a great selection of fresh pastries, bread, cheeses, fruit, coffee, and juice – a perfect way to start the day. The hotel also had a crepe/desert cafe in it, which was fantastic and right on your doorstep. They sold cold drinks, coffee and deserts. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Booking again for September as we loved it so much!

Very clean and modern, close to the beach (only a 5 minute walk) , there was also a supermarket very close which was handy. Great location for eateries too, aswel as onsite parking for our hire car. The owners are a family which brings a nice personal touch to the experience, Ardit was particularly helpful with restaurant and site seeing recommendations which enhanced our stay.

Gostei de tudo nessa hospedagem. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso todo o tempo, e ainda nos deu duas opções de quarto para escolhermos. O prédio é novo, os quartos são lindos e confortáveis. E o melhor dessa hospedagem foi o café da manhã: delicioso, com muitas opções e tudo fresco. Tivemos um carinho enorme pela Bruna, muito simpática e fofa.

Havia algumas horas em que o chuveiro não esquentava, mas depois voltava ao normal.

Otele ilk girdiğimizden itibaren Güleryüzlü bir hizmet ve yardımsever bir tutumla karşılaştık. Odalar tertemiz personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Merkeze ve denize çok yakın konumda . Kreplerini mutlaka denemelisiniz. Ardy bize her konuda tavsiye verdi ve destek oldu. Bruna her sabah Güleryüz’üyle bizi selamladı ve bize çok ilgi gösterdi. Herşey için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz.

Un petit déjeuner varié et complet La vila Familia est très bien situé vous n’avez pas besoin de votre voiture elle reste garée au PK et vous faite tous à pied . Commerce ,plage , restaurant tous est a proximité. Vraiment à 200m vous y êtes Notre chambre est fidèle au photos sur le site , toutes neuve mais vraiment rien a dire ça viens d’être construit Je vous recommande l’établissement les yeux fermés

La posizione della struttura, il fatto di avere un parcheggio privato per stanza e anche la stanza. Condizionatore funzionava bene, e soprattutto personale gentilissimo, in particolare le signore della colazione.

Forse migliorabile la colazione: incorporato nell'hotel c'è anche una creperia, è un peccato non fare anche crepes a colazione

Готель Vila la familya приємно порадував затишком, чистотою і гостинністю. Сучасний ремонт, у ванній кімнаті гарна сучасна плитка, нова сантехніка, якісні меблі, зручні матраци. Приміщення невелике, але все продумано з повагою і любов'ю до туристів, зручно, затишно. Є холодильник, кондиціонер, фен, сушка для мокрої білизни. Щодня прибирають кімнату, часто змінюють постільну білизну, також можна випрати свої речі у пральній машині. У вартість входять смачні сніданки. А ввечері в закладі працює кав'ярня, де за помірну плату можна скуштувати млинець з солоною або солодкою начинкою. Зручне розташування готелю дозволяє дістатися за 7-15 хвилин до різних пляжів, які є безкоштовними (10 євро коштує парасолька і два лежака під нею) Ми обрали готель Vila la familya через букінг, тому що нас влаштовувала відносно невисока ціна, і вдячні долі, що відпочивали саме тут

Struttura poco distante dalle spiagge di Ksamil, staff accogliente, attenti a tutte le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti presso la struttura, le stanze erano molto pulite, l’arredamento moderno come in foto, abbiamo anche cucinato per i bambini. Super consigliato anche per famiglie. se dovessi tornare a Ksamil sono sicura di tornarci

Olimme 5 yötä tässä hotellissa. Huone oli todella siisti (2 hengen huone), siivooja kävi joka päivä ja pyyhkeet sekä lakanat vaihdettiin joka toinen päivä. Aamiainen sisältyi huoneen hintaan (kuvia mukana) ja aamiainen oli riittävän kattava ja hyvä sekä täyttävä. Hotelli sijaitsee 5min kävelymatkan päästä lähes kaikkialta ja hotellissa on oma pysäköinti mahdollisuus autolle. Henkilökunta Ardi ja mama Lia olivat molemmat sydämellisiä ja ystävällisiä sekä neuvoivat ravintoloista, nähtävyyksistä ja muista kohteista. Kiitos Viva La Familia, nautimme vierailustamme Ksamilissa. Voimme suositella tätä kohdetta.

Matkalaukuille ei ollut paikkoja, mutta saimme ne järjestettyä tuolien päälle sängyn viereen.
