Sunborn Apartments

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was very convenient for exploring Ksamil, with beaches, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and felt very comfortable here.

There was very little to complain about. Everything was as expected and better.

Really clean apartment. Very helpful owner, allways ready to help. It’s in center of Ksamil. Close to everything. Parking place inside. Aircondition in every room.

What I disliked most was the landlord's strange attempt to impose his will on us. He demanded that the house be cleaned daily, and we told him there was no need and that we didn't prefer it. He insisted vehemently and demanded that we vacate the house during the cleaning hour, and this caused tension that persisted until the end of our stay. Even in hotels, when a guest requests a "no disturbance" policy and that no one enter the room, hotel staff usually comply. This is something we did not experience during our stay. On two occasions when we sat on the balcony, he asked us to be very quiet, even though we were sitting without music or songs, just talking to each other. The sound we were making was nothing compared to the annoying noise in the streets, which prevented us from hearing each other's conversations. It was strange that our inaudible voices bothered him more than the unbearable street noise.
