Amazing holiday in Ksamil

My stay at Villa Nicolaos in Ksamil was wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The house was so nice, beautiful and very clean. It looks like a new one.

Great place to stay - would definitely stay again !

Anastasia was the perfect host - great communication- she met us at the bus stop - great location , the apartment was very central and exceptionally clean . A bakery literally across the road for those morning pastries- a great Traditional Albanian restaurant next door and a great selection of beaches only minutes away ! Perfect 😊!

Very nice apartment, new and clean and very close to che centre. Nice balcony. Private parking inside. Perfect hosts! They were all the time very gentle and helpful with us! We made early check-in.

Nice location in the middle of the town. Everything is close by and the beaches are 5 min walk. There is also a parking spot inside the house.

Very clean apartment that had everything you need. Room was spacious. Could use the onside washing machine which was great.

Location of the villas was down a small dusty and bumpy side street which had the rubbish of the supermarket thrown there. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely stay

The family running the property helped us out with everything we needed and we were able to use the washing machine. Also they were very lovely. Location and parking was easy, although it was very central, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped, it was clean.

The bathroom is small (but very clean) and through the entrance door a lot of light gets in at night. Both factors were not a big deal, maybe a small curtain with the entrance door would be helpful.

The house is very clean very comfortable to spend your vacation. The staff very kind and very helpful. In the kitchen there was everything necessary. The house is in the centre of Ksamil close to supermarket, restaurants , bus stop and Bank. Five minutes from the beautiful beaches of Ksamil. Thank you very much Villa Nicolaos for the vacation and we hope you to see again.

Wonderful villa in Ksamil!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Super clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The hostess were very kind and helpful people, we had a great time with them. The location was exactly in the city center of Ksamil. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the main beaches were within minutes of walking distance but also the area was quiet. We will definitely come back!

We spent here 4 nights with 2 children 12 and 5 years old. The location is at the centre, there is a good shop 1 minutes walk. Bus station is about 10-15 minutes walk. The nearest bech was not good enough, so we walk to another. It takes about 12 minutes. Apartments were clean and good equiped. We have everything we need for living. About the owner: he and his wife made everything we had a great vocation. Thanks them. If you are still thinking, then booking! As for me price/quality is perfect!

Great, fantastic and recommended. First - the location. It's in the city center very close to the main crossroad in Ksamil. The big supermarket is super close and the beaches are 5 minutes on foot away. Second - the apartment. Very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. You can park your car directly in front of it. Definitely I'd like to stay there again.

Nicely equipped apartment with everything you need for a nice holiday.

Nice location, the building has only one floor, so it was very quiet -- no noise from upstairs like apartments in bigger buildings. The communication with the host was very nice. We loved the old man (neighbor) who takes care of the garden. He was always with a smile on the face and made our stay more pleasant, even though he didn't speak english. He also gave us some apricots which were very nice!
