This properly is centrally located, right next to the excellent museum restaurant and a brilliant supermarket. This place has a space for a car and two great bedrooms. Very safe and quiet. Host was always responsive and very kind.
Not having an oven or in house washing machine but you can use the washing machine on the forecourt.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Nicolaos Ksamil! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and very well equipped.
The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The property is peaceful, offers private parking, and is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-located place to stay in Ksamil, Villa Nicolaos is the perfect choice.
