The best place in Ksamil!

We loved everything! It's a great, quiet location, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartments are very comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfort and cleanliness are top notch! The host is very pleasant and welcoming, always available and ready to help with any questions. Our family loves this place and will definitely return again!

Lovely clean place in the right part of town!

It was great, could have done with a kettle and another frying pan but can’t fault much else, oh, some lamp shades may have been good.

10/10 stay, highly recommended

We absolutely LOVED staying here. Location was perfect just 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the supermarkets / bakery. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there was a table outside which was great for sitting and playing cards in the evenings. Hosts were lovely and happy to help with any questions we had making us feel very at home. Highly recommend !!

Nice and clean apartment

The host was very nice and gave us a lot of advice on what to visit. The room was pretty small but had everything you need. Private parking was good! Location is nice, 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach and the center

Pleasant

The host was incredibly nice and friendly, he was on the phone all the time in case we needed anything. We felt very wellcomed. Location was great, near all Ksamil beaches, bus stop and stores

Kitchen was not equiped that well, toaster was dirty so we had to clean it first, we missed sunshade on the patio/terrace were we had a breakfast.

The hosts are very nice, hospitable and friendly! Any issue was resolved very quickly. Private parking in the courtyard of the house. It was also possible to leave the car along the road, there was always free space. Excellent value for money option.

Struttura pulitissima, confortevole, posizione centrale grazie alla quale si raggiungono a piedi tutti i servizi, a pochissimi passi dalle spiagge più famose. Il personale è eccezionale impossibile trovare accoglienza migliore. Sempre pronti ad aiutare e fornire ottime dritte. Pronti ad aiutarci veramente in tutto. Torneremo di sicuro qui. Grazie ancora per la splendida ospitalità, grazie a voi il nostro soggiorno è stato stupendo.

Très beau séjour à Ksalmil. Merci à nos hôtes.

Proximité ( 20 min) d'une très belle plage - Hôte disponible et charmant - Belle surface de l'hébergement - Confort des chambres - Changement de linge de maison et nettoyage fait fréquemment -

Eau chaude dans la cuisine ( il fallait faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bains) - une douche plus moderne avec une paroi pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout - un micro-ondes ( plus pratique pour faire chauffer les aliments).

El personal, tanto el hijo como el padre súper atentos nos ayudaron en todo. Tienes parking privado. La habitación tenía de todo. Tienes una pequeña terraza compartida. Tienes contraventana para que no haya luz.

Gentilezza dei proprietari, pulizie ogni 2/3 giorni con cambio asciugamano, aria condizionata, privacy

Se siete abituati al bidet ovviamente non c'è, era un po' scomodo pulirsi con la doccia senza nessuna tenda ma comunque sono perlopiù consigli. Non c'è una vera e propria cosa che non mi sia piaciuta. Ci si mette dai 15 minuti a 20 minuti a piedi per arrivare al mare.

Tenho apenas coisas boas a dizer sobre o alojamento e a hospitalidade com que fomos recebidos na Vila New Ksamil. Os quartos estavam impecavelmente limpos e os senhorios foram fantásticos, sempre disponíveis para ajudar com qualquer coisa que necessitássemos ou ajuda que precisássemos (inclusive sobre como nos deslocarmos na cidade).
