I recommend this vacation villa to you.

We liked the location, the courtyard, the cleanliness of the room, and the friendly staff who were always available.

The room was a bit noisy because of the road nearby, and the shower was not very large.

I strongly recommend

The house is so clean. It is located on the main Street which is also the route of the butrint - sarande bus. It was really easy to access. Also you can go to every beach, restaurant or anywhere you would want to go in 5-10 minutes by foot. Butrint was 10 minutes away by bus. The house was really peaceful and recommended. Also the owners are really nice and polite people. I will definitely stay here next time ı come.

The host was very responsive and very friendly. Super easy to talk to. Room was cleaned and fresh towels. Great location with a short walk to the beaches. Even shorter walk into the center. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Amazing stay. Hospitable owner and great location.

Amazing location, very helpful and friendly owner. They helped a lot with any request, and we asked a lot 😅 Our room was very spacious and clean, even better than expected. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bus station. Beach is 7 min walk.

We loved everything but just one thing to improve - bed sheets. It feels way more comfortable when it’s made from cotton. More breathing.

Needs some improvements

Good location only 15mins walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants close by, as well as the local bus stop. It was very clean. One English movie channel on the TV and aircon worked ok

No blankets. I asked for one but they said I didn’t need it. I was cold during the night even though I was not running the air con and they would not provide a blanket which I thought was bizarre. So I used the towels on top of the sheets instead. Not good enough. Also, check out time is between 9 and 10am which is very early. They sent me a message the night before asking me to leave before 10am. I’m sure it wasn’t meant to be aggressive, but it came across as so. One other thing - the bed dipped down towards the door, so I kept waking up on the edge of the bed, about to fall off. I tried sleeping in different spots but had the same result. Didn’t sleep well at all either night.

Only good thing about the place its location

The location its good, close to the beaches, restaurants and the bus stop.

Very hot inside and the owner demand to turn off the AC when we are out but there were 36°Celsius and the AC has not enough power to coold the place . There are 2 rooms connected but only one AC with portion.

De geur van het beddengoed en het bed zelf was enorm comfortabel. Het personeel was ook enorm vriendelijk. Je zit dichbij het centrum en hierdoor heb je allerlei faciliteiten rondom je heen. Het parkeren is gemakkelijk te doen. Voor dat geld is het boeken hier zeker het waard! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top!

Wat kleine ruimte voor koffers en het zeil van de douche stonk een beetje naar oud water.

Locația foarte bună, lângă o mulțime de restaurante și magazine. Camera este dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie. Parcă ne-a citit gândurile. Terasă în fața camerei, de vis, cu umbrelă și măsuță cu scaune. În interior, canapea și două paturi. Bucătărie utilată cu tot ce trebuie, inclusiv hotă. Frigider mare, masa cu scaune, rulouri exterioare la ferestre, mobilier. Parcare în curte. Restaurant cu mâncare diversă și cu prețuri bune chiar vis-a-vis. Data viitoare știm unde să venim. Mulțumim dlui Adriatik pt tot.

Posizione ottima con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Stanza pulita con asciugamani e biancheria morbida e profumata. Piccola ma con tutto il necessario, con balcone attrezzato annesso.
