The apartment was clean and was as expected from the pictures. We could do check-in a bit earlier.

The apartment is not well equipped. It seems like they just put the basics in, just to take the money (as we felt everywhere in Ksamil). For example, if I book an apartment with a kitchen, it’s because I want to cook, right? Haha, it seems that’s not clear to them, as they just left a pan—and a pan in very bad condition. I kindly asked for a pot to prepare pasta (that of course cannot be done in a pan—crazy that I even have to clarify this), and the girl in charge didn’t help. She just refused, and not in a nice way. Instead, her mom (I suppose) was more receptive and agreed to get us a pot. The rest of the kitchen was just 2 of every item, which feels a little exaggerated, like everything was counted. I mean, I pay even less in some other parts of Albania, and the kitchens there were well equipped. Also, after we checked in, it wasn’t easy to communicate with the host, as they didn’t reply to messages. However, the rest was ok. Just to advise people: don’t go to Ksamil, we didn’t like anything.

I stayed in the apartment more than 3 weeks. Everything was amazing we enjoyed our holiday and we were very sad to leave,but will return next summer to stay even more.A BIG THANK YOU TO THE OWNERS for making this stay more like we were at home,very welcoming and kind people.The apartment was clean with the new bathroom which was a delight for us as a couple.A nice private balcony and spotless kitchen.Thank you again for the unforgettable holidays and the welcoming spirit.

Bad wifi and greedy hosts.

I wouldn't say the hostess was nice. She said we should turn off the air conditioning when we leave the room because she was losing money. However, we as guests paid to come back to a cool room..... The wi-fi is disgusting. There was one horrible pan for cooking. Nothing else. At our request, we were given a kettle. Not recommended

The room was big and clean, we had a kitchen. Good place to stay.

The biggest problem is the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. It was cold even when we putted the higher temperature. But when you shut it down, it makes too hot in the room.

The host was waiting for me when I arrived :) Very good location, super close to all main beach, restaurants and supermarket (walking distance between 5 and 15 mins). The apartment is cozy, comfy and super clean, also in a quiet area.

Apartment was super clean, what I liked very much. Fast wifi, supportive staff, warm water.

Very basic equipment in the kitchen. If you want to cook everyday, it’s a bit limited. Apart from that everything was great, definitely this is a place where you want to stay again.

An amazing stay in Ksamil!

The location is perfect for a peaceful rest (with mountains and a bay right at your doorstep and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.) The apartment is immaculately clean and bright, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host (Angela and her mom) were very welcoming, caring and responded to every need. This was one of the best vacations I had, the nature in Albania and people are so amazing.

The local transportation is quite cheap, but if there is none when you need it, a taxi can be costly. So before planning your trip, it's better to check transport availability.

Although the apartment is cheap, you can much find better in Ksamil for a similar price.

The mom and the dad of the hostess (or at least I think they are her parents) were very nice and welcoming.

Upon arrival, we were asked to stay in a different apartment because one of her guests apparently broke an arm to which we agreed without any questions. When we got to the apartment we actually booked, we realised that the bedroom doesn't have any windows and that the toilet seat was cracked and the cover was missing. After just one use of the toilet, the plastic seat broke and when we notified the hostess she asked us to pay for the new seat. When we tried to open the one existing window and turn on the airconditioning so we could get some fresh air in the apartment, someone closed our window from the outside. Additional: the hostess called me couple of minutes ago on my personal phone number to threaten me after my review was published and when I tried to speak she hung up the phone

Lovely little apartment with its own private terrace. Very clean and a comfortable bed. It has all you need to self cater but you are very near the main street with lots of inexpensive restaurants.

The owners of the place made my stay memorable! I even extended one more night. The apartment was very clean and cozy, beds were very comfortable. If you like to cook, there is the kitchen with all necessary equipment. There was a lake only few min walking from the place. Beach is only 7minj walking. It is so quiet and relaxing at night. You can just sit on the balcony and enjoy. Special thanks to Zena who showed me non typical Ksamil! ♥️ If I come back this is the place to be!!

In some nights, there can be a lot of noise from the place called the golden villa at the back. We stayed for 4 days and only experienced this for 1 day.

The Stuff was briliant ,they were so friendly and helpfull! I loved the Tarase and it was silent and confortable .👌 The beach was not so far away 5 -7min walking ,but you have a lake just in frond of the hause😍 It was very nice trip and i can recommend to everone who wants to be in ksamil!✌

Location, hospitality, cleanliness! It was simply home away from home! Everything was close by - the beach, the restaurants, shops - it was all waking distance! The host Angela and her family were wonderful! Whenever I visit Ksamil I will definitely stay there again!
