Nuestra estancia en el studio de Niko fue perfecta. Fue super amable y atento en todo momento. El studio era ideal y estaba perfectamente equipado. Recomiendo 100%

Everything was great and described like I booked.
The room was equipped with everything.
Also there is parking space inside the property where the car is safe. The property is in a strategic place bot not too far for the crowd and noise center, a quiet place.
The owner Niko is very polite asking for everything that you might need.
He is always available. If you need anything, he indeed is willing to help. If i come again to Ksamili I definitely will book Niko’s house.

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and helpful host.
It is so far one of the best price/quality accommodations I have booked.
Location is in walking distance of every important place, with private parking. They also made free cleaning, changed the bed sheets and towels.

De ligging is aan de kant van het meer van Butrint en daardoor rustig gelegen, voor ons ideaal omdat we er waren om Butrint te bezoeken. Maar het is ook op loopafstand van strand, winkels, restaurants en bars. Grote badkamer en ruime kamer. Er was ook een eigen balkon met uitzicht. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren kon op een eigen plek op eigen terrein.
Tip voor de eigenaar: een waterkoker, een föhn en een tweede stoel op het balkon zouden fijn zijn.
