Perfect homely place :)

The host were so lovely & accommodating! We stayed 2 nights there & it was very lovely! Breakfast was lovely and different each day. Location was really close to the beach & restaurants & supermarket! Hosts were amazing and very friendly, we are very happy with our time here!

close to the beach

Just outside the center but close enough to get there by foot. central location to visit the Albanian southern coast line or to relax on the beaches. If you are in history, the archeologic side of Butrint is in the neighbourhood. Friendly people with the daughter speaking very good english and acting as a translator.

as we discovered in other places as well, the shower and the toilet are close together, leaving you with wet feet after taking a shower.

Would definitely go there again!

This hotel is ran by an incredibly sweet family. The rooms are clean and tidy, and really close to the centre of Kamil and the beaches. Everyday they have a different breakfast cooked freshly and they also gave us good information about the less-touristic places in the area.

Perfect stay, very kind people

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel at home, gave us great tips about the area, and helped us with everything we needed. The location is good, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The room had all the comforts we could ask for: a very comfortable bed, air conditioner, terrace... And they even have a jacuzzi! The food was plentiful and tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Good value for money

Breakfast and location!

Our toilet paper had not been replaced with a new one, and there were no extra rolls. The shower has no partition, so water leaked into the room. Every time someone takes a shower, the whole area gets flooded.

A well positioned lovely place where to spend time in ksamil

It's a lovely family run BnB. My room was amazingly clean and with all I could have wanted and needed. Free parking, working air conditioning, a little open air jacuzzi and a private fridge in the room. (Even my own patio) If you don't want to go to the beach you could even sunbathe in the "garden"/ common area. I had breakfast included and they were waiting for me every morning to make me a nice fresh breakfast, every day different types of eggs with some lovely cheese and amazing olives and home made olive oil and some sweet treats. They were all very kind and good hearted and they filled my every request. They put their kitchen at my disposal so I could make my own food when I didn't want to eat outside and they were ready to help me with info on the best beaches and night life etc. I would strongly recommend it to everyone who wants a more warm and genuine family orientated experience rather than an aseptic hotel one. Less than 10 Min walk to the main beaches and little more than 10 Min to the most glamorous ones. (Everything was very easy to reach) They can supply you with fresh drinks at a price better than the local supermarket(Which is overpriced). I would definitely come back here if and when I come back to ksamil. Thanks villa Dura for the great experience ♥️

A heartwarming stay

The place is simple, clean, and has everything you need—including a wonderfully comfortable bed. At night, it’s incredibly quiet, so you can truly rest and sleep well. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. It’s easy to find, and there’s convenient parking right in front of the house, which makes everything even easier. There’s a shared kitchen if you’d like to prepare meals. It is fully equipped and has a great coffee machine. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and kindness of the hosts. I felt more like a guest in a family home than a traveler—they genuinely care and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s a rare kind of hospitality that stays with you. Excellent value for money, and I’ll absolutely be back.

The apartment was clean and the staf was kind.

The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper, any kind of shampoo. The extra bed they brought us was very rusty. The room we got wasn't the one we booked.

Extremely friendly and hospitable hosts who always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Location was great, with an amazing atmosphere. It was close to the beach, the centre of Ksamil and also lake butrint. The property was very clean and comfortable. Most hotels are up the hill and little further from the beach, shops and bars, which makes a big difference in the heat. We have stayed in other hotels that are very nearby in Ksamil, and the atmosphere and vibe made the stay so much more enjoyable.

There was free WiFi and feee parking, owners was perfect they was taking care about the tourists, they cleaned often. Beds were good. The Best beach is Gjiri i Hartes 1,2 km from the apartament. With one Word excelent. I highly reccomend to everyone.

En principio nos tuvieron perdiendo toda la mañana xq no había nadie para hacernos el check in, q se había puesto malo el abuelo y se habían ido, hasta q cuando fuimos por segunda vez llegó una vecina para abrirnos, entramos en la habitación no hay luz hasta que encendió 20 minutos después, el baño con cubos puesto para las fugas de agua, había q cerrar la cisterna para q no saliera agua por la tubería, una obra enfrente con ruidos desde bien temprano y nos fuimos sin ver a nadie

Très bien dans l’ensemble. Satisfait de mon séjour !

Les aménagements, l’extrême gentillesse des hôtes et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Nombreux restaurantants dans un rayon de moins d’un kilomètre. À 5 min. d’un mini-market et de l’arrêt de bus pour Butrint.

L’établissement souffre pour l’instant d’un certain manque de tranquillité (chantier de construction d’un nouvel hôtel juste à côté, et on y travaille 7 jours par semaine!).

Un des meilleurs logement de notre Road trip en Albanie, les lits étaient d’un confort, incroyable, tout est parfait, l’hôte était accueillante, chaleureuse, possibilité de faire une machine pour 5 euros, je recommande à 100x, emplacement à côté des plages
