Perfect

Everything is brand new. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and quickly responded to messages on booking. There is a little garden with an orange tree guests can take oranges. Perfectly thought through, only a glass for toothbrushes could be provided, otherwise perfect. Would stay there again!

Everything you need

Beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood with many citrus trees, nice and ripe during our December visit. The charming woman who met us was helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. The location was minutes from restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Everything was spotless.

Google maps gave us issues getting to the property initially, but the app has about a 50/50 success rate throughout the country.

Overall, everything was great for the price!

Very friendly hosts — they responded quickly and were very welcoming. The apartment was very clean, with the basic kitchenware, towels, and a hairdryer provided. The air conditioner worked for cooling (it didn’t heat during the off-season). Located about 8 minutes from the bus stop and around 15 minutes from the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful (visited in October, off-season).

The shower is not the most comfortable and easiest to use. But you get used to it. It is a small hike the hill from the center of town so better to have a car or get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is within walking distance from Ksamil Beach and located in a quiet area, yet close to markets and restaurants. It offers a parking spot, a clean and comfortable room, and everything needed for cooking. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The building is new, and the room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, minimal yet fully equipped, with a lovely balcony. I really appreciated being able to park inside the property. The host, Denis, was extremely kind and helpful. The only downside was the surrounding coastline, which is sadly ruined — though of course, this is not the host’s fault...

Brilliant little find!! Lovely hosts, great location and modern amenities. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great location - close to the beaches (10 minute walk to the nearest one) but not so close that it’s busy and noisy. The studio was perfect for me (solo traveller). I had ample space, a simple but decent cooking area and great bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having a balcony. So lovely to sit on both morning and evening - lovely view of the sunset! There is space for 3 cars on the drive if you have one. The hosts are absolutely lovely and will help with anything you need. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

If I had to be picky, it would have been nice to have a washing machine but that’s only because I’ve been non-stop travelling for a while and needed to do a wash. If you are staying here for just a holiday, you wouldn’t need a washing machine.

Everything was as described! Amazing hosts and spacious studio rooms😍 very good distance from the center of the town as well aa alot of facilities within 100m away from the villa. Veal and quiet

Denis and his mother Anila were brilliant hosts. Communication was very easy throughout our stay! The studio was very clean and had all we needed! I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return again.

Very comfortable stay away from the mess of Ksamil

It is a newly refurbished property and everything is new and clean. It is a top a hill so there are some good views. Away from the mess of all restaurants and bars of central Ksamil. Easy to park. Everything as expected.

A little expensive considering other stays in Albania, although it goes with the type of tourism that goes to Ksamil. Also we paid the host in Lek and he charged us a different (slightly higher) exchange rate. Consider paying in euros.

An interesting holiday

Very friendly accommodation at a good price. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot is guarded, behind the gate. Apartment clean and tidy. On the 4th day we were given new sheets and towels. Dennis and his family are very nice and helpful if you need anything! Greetings to Dennis's father !

modern studio in Ksamil with reasonable price

everything was just like in the description. the room was new and modern. it was clean and comfortable. we had a balcony. you could not really see the sea anymore because there are so many new buildings etc but the price is very reasonable for the offer

Very good place!

The studio had a beautiful garden. Also a fence all around so no children or pet (dog) can go out. The mother of Denis welcomed me and she is a very nice and friendly woman. I think you don't find a lot places like that (and for that price) in Ksamil. If I am there, I go definitly back. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets all in walking distance from the appartement.

What's not to love?

A studio including a kitchenery. It's a short walk to the boulevard. Far enough to not be bothered with loud traffic. Very clean interior. The towels smelled like a garden of flowers and a mini market as a neighbor. I spent only one night due to a full schedule but wouldn't mind to stay longer at all. Oh and there was parking space for my rental car 🚗

An Albanian Treasure 😊

It was our first time to visit Albania and it definitely won't be the last. Denis was extremely helpful, hospitable and went out of his way to make our stay an excellent one. He gave us recommendations for excursions, restaurants and local places in Ksamil to visit. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The facilities were modern and it had everything we needed for our stay..the shower was a particular favourite.
