Hopefully we will comeback

Sara and her family were super sweet, we were very well received, always asking if we needed something. The room was super clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, we had a balcony and a little fridge. The breakfast had something different everyday. The location is perfect because it’s near the center and the beaches, but far away from the confusion and the noise. Really recommend Vila Juli!

A little gem in busy Ksamil

The host was nice, reasonable price, breakfast was set, changed a bit every day but we had coffee, juice, eggs, vegetables etc so no complaints. The room had AC and a balcony. Location is quite quiet, with free parking in the driveway. Ability to cook in the room.

The driveway is quite small so you might have to maneuver a bit, but the host will help. The room is a bit smaller, had 3 beds, thankfully there were only 2 of us.

Nice and friendly family mini-hotel, birds included :-)

Very warm and personal service, family sharing their happiness with daughter, and incoming child :-) Rooms was better than hotel standart, kitchen included, super clean and all working perfect. Car parking inside house. Helpfull anytime. Be blessed.

Maybe some more variable breakfest, but it was more than we we expected for the discounted price in june...

The whole experience was amazing. Sara and her family are wonderful people who provided helpful tips for everything. They are incredibly nice and gave us a warm welcome. The room was extremely clean and everything smelled great. The location is fantastic - quiet and well situated.

Perfect stay

Had an amazing stay! Sara is very nice and easy to talk to. We loved the place, the room was great, air-conditioning was great and the bathroom was great too! If we would visit ksamil again, we would definitely stay here again!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was way better than I expected, looked quite new! The location is okay, a little walk to the beach. Nice balcony, good kitchen, all equipments included. A little market around the corner.

too small room ergonomically badly designed -smallest windows ever, could not fully open wardrobe also fridge was too noisy and right next to bed and bed was also too short not well equipped kitchen noisy AC (outside unit) cars park literally in front of the entrance to the room

SHARED apartment. This is NOT clear in description. Very noisy. There is no view from the "window" which isn't like on the picture Noisy fridge close to the beds. The shower was next to the toilet, without cabin or any separation. Forniture could be improved a little.

Peacefull place, got everything that a family need, shower kitcher fridge ac and a quiet place to relax.

Die Gastgeberin und die Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Kann die Villa Juli nur empfehlen. Sie ist ab vom großen Trubel aber trotzdem sehr Zentral. Preis Leistung ist auch unschlagbar.

Uns persönlich war die Matratze zu hart, aber das ist immer Ansichtssache
