We really enjoy being at this hotel, we highly reccomend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Our rooms were spotless, well-cared-for, and newly renovated. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, offering a lovely lake view and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the heart of Ksamil. They served a great variety of delicious breakfasts every morning.

It would be good to have in the room kettle with cups- at least 2, we had small issue with warming up food for our baby.

Location on a hill with a great view, very good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.

The glass wall in the shower is a little too short. The pillow was too thick for us. Everything else was perfect.

The perfect spot in Ksamil

A fantastic hotel, on the quieter edge of town away from the busy seas front hotel. It was perfect for our family of four and the pool was brilliant. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay for a night or two when you are visiting Ksamil!

Everything was like almost new. Location is also perfect if you want to avoid crowdy tourist trap places. It has a great view towards the lake or to the sea (depends on the room)

Recomendable poner doble cortina para el sol de la mañana ya que aqui a las 05:00 sale el sol. Aunque un buen antifaz lo soluciona

Bel hôtel calme, à taille familiale, superbe vue sur les alentours

L'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Ksamil, un peu à l'écart des zones les plus animées, donc beaucoup plus calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer d'un côté et le lac de l'autre. Le personnel est accueillant, présent et à l'écoute pendant tout le séjour. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, bon espace pour une famille de 4 (petit appartement de deux chambres+ une salle de bain). La piscine n'est pas très grande mais agréable pour s'y rafraîchir, et propre. Une quinzaine de chambres dans l'hôtel, donc une ambiance très familiale.

Suggestion pour le futur : aménager la terrasse supérieure pour le petit-déjeuner, en y ajoutant de l'ombre et de la végétation par exemple. Proposer du thé au petit-déjeuner.

Heel moderne, mooie, fijne en propere accommodatie! Wij hadden een familiekamer met uitzicht op het mooie meer en zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet was zeker genoeg voor ons en de kinderen. De volledige staf waren top! Altijd met een brede glimlach en zeer behulpzaam. Ik wil hierbij Daniel, Andi en de rest (receptioniste) van de medewerkers allen bedanken voor de fijne aangename ontvangst en behandeling! Voor herhaling vatbaar en zeker aan te raden!

Rodzinny pobyt na tydzień

Spędziliśmy kilka dni w Galaxy Hotel w Ksamil jako czteroosobowa rodzina z dziećmi i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel położony jest na uboczu, co pozwala odpocząć od zgiełku zatłoczonych plaż Ksamilu. Widok na jezioro z tarasu jest przepiękny, a okolica spokojna i relaksująca. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, a obsługa – przemiła i naprawdę bardzo pomocna. Ogromnym atutem jest basen, który daje idealną możliwość schłodzenia się, nie tylko po dniu spędzonym na słońcu. Do plaży jest około 1,5 km, więc własny samochód to spore ułatwienie, zwłaszcza z dziećmi. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego wypoczynku z dala od tłumów.

Fantastisch!

Het personeel is fantastisch. We waren daar voor een studiereis met 29 personen. Ze hebben met alles meegedacht. De kamers waren ruim, hadden allemaal een ruime balkon. Er was een dakterras waar we zowel overdag als in de avond mochten zitten. Er was voldoende parkeerplaats. We hadden het hotel voor onze hele groep.

Ze waren net gestart en hadden een verbouwing achter de rug. Het was nog een klein beetje stoffig. Balkon rails zijn best laag.
