It was very clean, good value for money and the staff is friendly and helped us to have the best accomodations.

Every beach we went we paid to stay.

Nice and clean hotel in good location

The hotel had good air condition and space for 4 people, a Kitchen, a bathroom a balcony.

The shower does not have curtain so each time you shower the bath gets flooded. In the Kitchen there was Not cooking spoon and it would also be nice to have oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as base Equipment

The most clean apartment I have ever stayed.

This is the only option I will choose if I stay in Ksamil next time. I could feel very good hospitality and respect from the host. The building and rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable. It’s a totally new building.It’s in a perfect location too. I like the terrace too! It’s very quiet and safe. I wish I could stay in this apartment for longer time.

My favorite apartment and I wish I could stay longer.

Perfect location and really great host! The most clean apartment I have ever stayed. It’s my favorite and most impressive stay during my whole trip to Europe. I like the view from the terrace too. It’s very quiet and safe. The host is very kind and helpful!

Everything was great, the hosts are extremely nice and helpful, I felt like I was visiting my family. The room is well equipped with everything, and it was very clean. If i didn't have something i could always ask them. i absolutely recommend this apartment. I stayed for 15 days and it was comfortable.

It is near beaches, supermarket, nice decorations on the bed when we arrived, fast check in and check out.

It supposed to have table and chairs on the balcony, and the mattress on bed was very uncomfortable. I know that is not up to the owner but the road to the villa is not good.

Perfect!

The hosts were so kind and friendly. The cleanliness was awsome! Everything you needed about cooking and sleeping was there. We will probably go there again next summer. Missing the house and the atmosphere in this villa already!!

Ok but some things to arrange

The only bad thing is that he told me he was going to pick us up once we arrive and he didn t did it.It is difficult to find the building there is no signal ee had to ask neighbours and it is not very near from the beach

Nice place and positive owners, it feels like the right choice to stay at Ksamil

A cozy hotel on the lakeside. The hotel is located on a quiet street and is very comfortable. If I would visit Ksamil again 99% I took the same hotel.

It would be nice to have a small bottle of shampoo when you just arrived and are not ready to run to the shop. It's not a must-have but nice to have.

Qendrim i kendshem

Dhoma ishte e rehatshme dhe e paster. Pronaret e shtepise shume te gjindshem dhe te gatshem per te ndihmuar kurdohere, madje na shoqeruan dhe ne plazhet me te afert. Kushtet ishin shume te mira, ac dhe nje kuzhine e vogel ku gjendej cdo gje e nevojshme per te gatuar. Dhoma shume e rehatshme, free wifi.Vacat Do te kthehemi serish vitin tjeter.

What an awesome place

100% recommended. Close to several beaches, groceries and the bus stop back to Saranda or Butrint. The apartment itself is all you need for a great stay. Comfy bed, nice balcony, spotless, small kitchen, good wifi, A/C, TV... the family is also awesome. You cannot ask for anything else.

Mon séjour était parfait. Voyageant seule en sac à dos, cela m’a fait plaisir d’atterrir dans un endroit très confortable et très propre pour un super prix! • Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très sympa • Propreté +++++ • Literie confortable • Draps de lit et serviette de bain qui sentent très bon • Tout à disposition côté cuisine et vaisselle propre (lavette, éponge et produit vaisselle à disposition) • Air co fonctionnel. Frigo aussi • Super bon rapport qualité/prix • Bien situé : un peu à l’écart du bruit touristique donc c’est parfait et proche de tout (5min à pied) MERCI!

Это самая лучшая вилла для меня в Ксамиле. Самое главное это гостеприимные хозяева. Мне очень понравилась Редога дочка хозяина, она как как солнце 🌞 во всем помогала.Девушка просто идеальная, с ней интересно было общаться. Я полюбила эту семью и приеду осенью опять . Комната достаточно просторая, удобная кровать с белоснейной ароматной постелью . Идеальная чистота в ванной и на кухне. Есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления пиши, даже духовка. Чистейший холодильник и кондиционер, прекрасный интернет и качественная мебель сделали отдых комфортным. Мне понравились стильние штучки на столе и свечи с ароматом ванили. А самое главное до центра 5 минут, а там и море рядом. Ещё понравился рядом в центре дешёвый супермаркет и остановка автобуса в Саранду. Всё рядом и аптека и рестораны и море и такси, просто идеальное место. Спасибо вам большое за гостеприимство я обязательно к вам приеду осенью. Это самая лучшая вилла для меня, я чувствовала себя как дома.

Мне все понравилось. Я бы поставила не 10 а 20 балов.)

Weinig bezoekers (alleen in onze bezoekperiode = begin oktober). Openbare strand redelijk dichtbij ca 1km, kwartiertje lopen.

Geen stroomaggregaat bij stroomuitval/power-outage.
