Perfext stay in ksamil dont mis out!!!

Our stay here was simply unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the location – the views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. You can enjoy the sea and the natural beauty of Ksamil right from the property, which makes it feel like a private little paradise. The outdoor area is huge and beautifully arranged – plenty of space to relax, have coffee, or gather with friends and family. The barbecue spot was a highlight for us, perfect for long summer evenings with delicious food and great company. It really felt like having our own private villa experience. Inside, everything was spotless. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean and well taken care of, which is so important when you’re on holiday. We also appreciated the private parking, which made moving around very easy and stress-free. What we loved the most were all the little details and activities that kept our days full of joy – from enjoying the outdoor space, to exploring nearby beaches, to simply relaxing under the Ksamil sun. The hosts were wonderful: kind, helpful, and always ready to give tips about the best local places to visit. Overall, this property combines everything you could want: breathtaking views, comfort, cleanliness, space, activities, and a warm atmosphere. We felt at home but also on a dream vacation at the same time. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil – and without a doubt, we will come back again!

Our stay at Vila Caushi was an experience that went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the wonderful hosts made us feel not just like guests, but like part of the family. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and carefully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort – from the bright rooms with large windows to the peaceful balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birdsong. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to some of Ksamil’s most beautiful beaches, and in the evening you can stroll through quiet streets while breathing in the fresh sea air. The Wi-Fi is fast, parking is free, and everything works perfectly. very nice

I liked everything, the location was actually very good with a quick walk you can go to the nearest beach in 5-10 minutes I really like location it was very nice and quiet. The Host was very warm greeted me for the arrival and then handed me the key directly the place was very clean and it's worth it stayed there because the price is very good as well. I am very happy that I stay there. I will definitely come back next year

Buona esperienza

La lavatrice in comune si può usare entro un determinato orario ma essendo in spiaggia per tutta la giornata era scomodo e quando tornavamo prima dalla spiaggia per fare la lavatrice dovevamo aspettare finché finivano gli altri ospiti e se sfiorava l’orario i vestiti venivano lavati a volte dalla proprietaria a casa sua.

Camera piccola ma comoda Letto a castello più letto matrimoniale, cucinino, tavolino in veranda, parcheggio e bagno privati A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Tranquillo La proprietaria ci ha deliziati con degli ottimi albanian pancake la mattina.

Il bagno facendo la doccia di allaga perché manca la tendina.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per ben due settimane in questa location.. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, a partire dall’accoglienza che ci hanno fatto e dall informarsi di come stesse andando il viaggio verso ksamil e come mai non fossimo ancora arrivati dall’orario che avevamo confermato d’arrivo. Un appartamento accogliente, ben pulito e con tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare. Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi all’interno di esso, ottima soluzione di avere balcone con cucina esterna (ottima idea soprattutto per non aver caldo all’interno dell appartamento quando si cucina), parcheggio privato all’interno del giardino! L alloggio si trova in un ottima posizione a distanza dal caos ma allo stesso tempo vicina a spiaggie e al centro raggiungibili a piedi!! Tornerò sicuramente da loro la prossima volta che andrò a ksamil☺️☺️
