It was good, she was super kind and we enjoyed our holidays

Quiet and pleasant accommodation

Our young but highly educated host continuously kept contact with us from the very beginning, working hard to accommodate us perfectly. The villa is in a quiet area, close to a central supermarket and not far from the beeches and attractions.

Decepcionante

La ubicación.

La experiencia en este alojamiento dejó mucho que desear por la falta de profesionalidad y de trato humano de los propietarios. Desde el primer momento no ofrecieron ninguna solución al aire acondicionado, que goteaba constantemente, dificultando la estancia. El espacio anunciado en las fotos tampoco corresponde con la realidad: es mucho más reducido y resulta agobiante para una estancia larga. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud de la dueña, que mostró un trato poco educado y nada cortés. En lugar de aclarar con naturalidad la confusión sobre el pago en efectivo —un detalle mal indicado en la página de Booking— reaccionó de manera defensiva, negándose incluso a despedirse y a dialogar de forma respetuosa. En definitiva, una gestión carente de empatía, sin saber estar de cara al público y sin la mínima educación que se espera en la atención a huéspedes.

Emplacement idéal à Ksamil

La chambre est confortable et l'emplacement est idéal pour tout visiter à pied. Le parking est juste au pied de la maison, ce qui est très pratique. La dame qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique, je recommande !

Buen trato con la anfitriona y nos recomendó muchos sitios donde comer e ir a la playa. Es muy recomendable

Soggiorno confortevole, posizione comodissima, padroni di casa impeccabili.

Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Tenuto sempre molto pulito dalla padrona di casa che passava a fare le pulizie e a cambiare lenzuola ed asciugamanti ogni 2-3 giorni. Parcheggio auto in cortile privato accanto all'appartamento Veranda con tavolo dove pranzare comoda. Padroni di casa sempre disponibili anche a dare consigli su posti da visitare o ristoranti locali.

Lokalizacja apartamentu w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, wszędzie blisko.

Przemiła rodzina, przestronny apartament i jeszcze większy taras gdzie można było zjeść śniadanie lub zrelaksować się wieczorem. W wyposażeniu kuchni był Sandwich co jest również wielkim plusem. Właścicielka przesłała nam detale dot. atrakcji, restauracji i plaż w pobliżu, wszystko super rozpisane.

Uchwyt na prysznic bez regulacji przez co strumień wody skierowany był na drzwi i po kąpieli zazwyczaj trochę wody wpadało do pokoju.

Wybraliśmy miejsce właściwie tylko ze względu na wannę, wiec na miejscu spore rozczarowanie - dostaliśmy zniżkę. Apartam

Obiekt był przestrzenny, dobrze zlokalizowany, do plaży, restauracji dosłownie kilka minut na piechotę, właścicielka udzieliła pomocnych wskazówek co do okolicy

Na miejscu okazało się, że wanna z hydromasażem nie działa. Były problemy z prądem - pierwszego dnia wyłączyło prąd kilka razy, usterka została naprawiona na chwile, jednak w następnych dniach się to powtarzało.

Merci c’était parfait

Logement très spacieux , très propre, avec un coin jardin privé et les enfants se sont bien amusés. Personnel réactif et proposent des bons plans à faire dans le coin. Parking privé heureusement car c’est difficile de se garer dans le quartier. Équipé de moustiquaires partout c’est conforté pour dormir la nuit avec fenêtre ouverte ( car je suis allergique à la Clim)
