A Highlight of My Travels!

Villa Festim has been a wonderful place to stay. The owners are warm and welcoming, and the room was extremely clean, cozy and comfortable, providing all you need, including kitchen supplies and a fridge. This is an excellent, quiet location from which to explore the busier area, (short walks to the many beaches) and also has its own small shop for buying snacks and supplies. There is also excellent wifi. I highly recommend staying here, both for short and longer term stays. 😊💕🙏

This is not about the property, but if you are using Google maps to navigate, be aware that it is not always accurately showing actual routes. You can ask for direction from the owners who are extremely helpful and kind.

Location was good but host was not hospitable

About 10-20min walk to the water depending on where you want to swim. Easy access to the center.

The host got very upset with me for having two of my friends, who were staying in a different villa, in my room. Nowhere did it say I wasn’t allowed to have guests over. Understanding, we left right away. He then said if I wanted to have them over again, I would need to pay 20€ per person. He also turned off the hot water twice over the time I stayed. I had to ask him to turn it back on and wait 40 min to have a shower. I was also downgraded on my first night (for reasons out of the host control) but was not at all compensated for the difference. I was then moved to my proper room the next morning. WiFi was not strong enough for video calls. Overall, he was very unhelpful: I also asked him for advice on how to get from Tirana to Ksamil as the transit system is not easily navigable and he just told me to take a bus. It’s not his responsibility to guide me there but he could have been a bit more helpful.

A good choice for Ksamil if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach. Recommended.

Brand new facility, immaculate, 5 minutes walk to shops, 10 to beach. Landlord very responsive and helpful. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Very quiet.

Range top didn’t work (but he quickly brought a hot plate). Too cold to be on balcony and no chair or work table inside so mostly had to sit on the bed.

Perfect stay – spotless, comfortable, quiet, and with excellent customer care!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay exceeded expectations! The cleanliness was at the highest level, the room was very comfortable, and the environment was extremely quiet – perfect for relaxing. The customer care was excellent, even though we barely needed it since nothing was missing. We will definitely choose this place again!

If I go again to Ksamil, I would choose this villa again.

I liked that the host let us do an early check-in, it was very appreciated. The price was very correct. I liked that the kitchen had a stove, a kettle, a fridge and all the needed pots for cooking something simple. The location is also nice, we walked to the beach, didn't feel the need to use the car.

Great stay in Ksamil.

Villa is located very close to Ksamil and Butrint. All within a few mins drive. The rooms are big and have refrigerators and stoves to cook. Staff are friendly and promptly addressed our requests for extra blankets and toiletries.

They only take cash for the accommodation. No prior payments or card payments. Make sure you carry euros in cash with you.

Very cheerful and kind hosts. Wonderful and spacious, clean and cozy room with a balcony where you can see the sunrise and drink coffee. Everything is very nice. I recommend it to everyone for long-term stays.

Nice quiet room with balcony short walk to beach and restaurants

Easy walk to beach, nice balcony, quiet area.

Misunderstanding about washing machine. Thought it was in our room but wasn’t. Could use a spatula for flipping eggs but otherwise it was a good room where we could cook meals and enjoy dinner on the balcony.

Mooie locatie dicht bij het strand, eenvoudig te bereiken mat de Bus van Tirana of Saranda, bushalte is niet ver van de accommodatie. Veel restaurants in de omgeving en alles op loopafstand. Het appartementje was geschikt voor 4 personen, erg schoon en comfortabel!

Todo estuvo genial. Relacion calidad precio excepcional. Alquile un apartamento el qual era para mi solo por 25 euros pero havia 3 camas mas un sofa el qual se podia tambien dormir. Cabia perfectamente una familia entera. Aire acondicionado, cocina, dos balcones.. todo muy bien ! Volveria!

Villa molto carina!

La struttura è nuova e super accogliente. Tutto era pulitissimo, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumavano sempre e lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è centrale, a solo una decina di minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro, ma comunque isolata dai rumori della movida. Sicuramente un soggiorno molto rilassante e funzionale.

La struttura rispecchiava le foto viste sul sito e l'appartamento era pulito e completo di biancheria per la casa. I proprietari sono sempre presenti in quanto hanno un mini-market adiacente alla struttura che ho trovato molto comodo.

Apartament super bien placé, confortable à 10 min à pieds des plages. Un super market à 5 minutes de la maison ainsi que des nombreux restaurants. Famille très accueillante et super disponible pour vous donner des conseils ou vous aider si besoin. Très agréable.

Les hôtes sont très gentils. Le logement est très propre et à 10mn de la plage. Il y a une épicerie annexe à l’hébergement, ce qui est très pratique. Tout était bien équipé. Nous recommandons !

Sehr ruhige Lage trotzdem nah am Strand und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Familie die das betreibt war sehr gastfreundlich und sympathisch . Die Zimmer waren super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Preis Leistung sehr gut.

Alojamiento perfecto a las afueras de la ciudad. Nos dieron un apartamento en otro edificio que era nuevo, cama cómoda. Tenía terraza Zona para aparcar. Muy amables entienden inglés y te ayudan. Solo aceptan efectivo

Размещение виллы относительно не далеко от пляжей но только если вы на машине. Пешком идти до пляжей около 20 мин

Отношение хозяев оставляет желать лучшего! Встретила нас женщина с не довольным лицом. Видно было что отношение сразу предвзятое. На просьбу, можно ли нам поменять двое апартаментов на одни побольше, (они были свободны) нам сказали что если что то не нравится, нас тут не держат и мы Можем не оставаться у них. Мы считаем что подобное отношение не допустимо к клиентам.

L’établissement était parfait pour une nuit très propre , qualité prix plus que correct, l’emplacement a 10 min à pied de la mer, beach club et restaurant donc pas besoin de chercher une place pour se garer et le propriétaire été sympathique ! Je recommande.

Tesisin konumu iyiydi ayrıca temizlik konusunda beklentimi karşıladı fakat tahahüt ettikleri oda kahvaltı yok dediler 2 gün kalmamıza rağmen kahvaltı vermediler, ayrıca olumsuz bir şey de gece 22:00 ile 07:00 arası sessiz bir ortam olması gerekiyor du fakat gece 01:00 e kadar bahçede yüksek sesli müzik çalınmadına müsade ederek diğer misafirlerin etkilenmesine sebebiyet verdiler.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Villa Festim Ksamil absolut empfehlen.

No me gustó el servicio

En cuanto a precio calidad la habitación estaba bien.

Hice mi reserva por una persona porque viajo sola. El día del check in un amigo me fue a dejar porque la ubicación caminando desde la playa es bastante lejos. El señor que hizo mi check in me habrá preguntado 5 veces si estaba segura que solo iba a dormir yo ahí porque si mi amigo se quedaba esto tenía otro precio. Las 5 veces le tuve que repetir que si, que por algo había reservado solo para mí. Un día antes de irme el señor y señora encargados de la villa comenzaron a discutir a gritos con otros jóvenes huéspedes. La verdad fue un momento muy incómodo y desagradable. Definitivamente no saben cómo lidiar en algunas situación y tienen la peor actitud
