Geri is the best!

First of all, Geri was the best. He was so nice and helpful. We arrived early then check in time but he made us comfortable, served free drinks until we waited for our room to be ready. Room & bathroom was very clean. Location was perfect. Breakfast was like open bar and it was definitely enough. You should also try pizza at Geri's.

Wifi was not working in second room but it can be tolerated considering everything.

Really good place to stay and a fantastic host

We were greeted with a warm and friendly pizza welcome and were looked after well by Geri. We had a car and parked outside the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and the property is in a really good location to explore Ksamil and the nearby beaches. As a family of four the room set up worked perfectly.

Best pizza ever!!

Gery was very hospitable, he greeted us with a complimentry pizza on arrival. Guided us to our room and made us feel very welcomed.

Unfortunetly we had to check out early and didnt stay the entire trip due to some personal reasons, i wasnt happy with the terms and conditions of the policy as we didnt get a refund for the nights we didnt stay.

Nice, if you don’t expect much comfort from the room.

Good location in downtown, around 350-400 m walk from nearest beach. Amazing and very hospitable owning family. Breakfast is simple but enough with some hot food too. Apartment is quite spacious (except bathroom), with 2 rooms for 4 people, high ceilings. But very basic furniture, do not expect much. Owner will kindly help you to park in front of hotel (outside parking)

I would advise to invest into some furniture like table, extra chairs, some home stuff that would make the room cosy. Also would suggest softer pillows. Shelf in bathroom/toilet would help. Shower is without curtain due to lack of space. Overall, a very nice choice for those who likes to stay in expensive resort at decent money.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Frühstück.

Der Boden war bei der Ankunft etwas dreckig, es wurde aber direkt geputzt.

Todo genial, bien ubicado y sobre todo el trato de Geri. Nos sentimos como en casa. No te puedes ir sin cenar en la pizzería ! Todo buenísimo!

W miarę udany pobyt bo na 1 noc. Na kilka nocy nie zdecydowałbym się. Cena ok.

Pokój praktycznie nie urządzony. Brak lampek przy stolikach nocnych. Brak stolika. Byliśmy w 3 osoby a dostaliśmy 2 poduszki. Łazienka trochę dziwna, brak kabiny prysznicowej, a prysznic trzeba wziąć na środku łazienki zalewając wszystko …. Kosmetyczki, papier toaletowy itp.

Magnifico Geri

L'alloggio di Geri è perfetto, le camere sono ampie, il bagno è ampio, c'è il balcone, climatizzazione e wifi funzionano benissimo. In più, per me molto importante, un'ottima colazione dolce e salata e il posto auto davanti l'albergo, tutto compreso nel prezzo, che a mio avviso è onestissimo. Geri è una persona speciale, accogliente e gentile come pochi, la sua famiglia lo collabora nella gestione dell'attività e offrono un servizio veramente eccellente. Se dovessi tornare a Ksamil tornerei sicuramente da Geri. Da menzionare anche la pizza, l'albergo ha una pizzeria che noi abbiamo utilizzato 2 volte e vi assicuro che la pizza è ottima. In più ci hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani già al terzo giorno. Che dire, tutto fantastico, Geri ti auguriamo il meglio e speriamo di ritornare a trovarti, e se qualcuno dei nostri conoscenti dovesse andare a Ksamil sarà sicuramente un tuo cliente. Smestaj na lepoj lokaciji sa neadekvatnim uslovima za odrasle osobe.

Smestaj je u redu

Smestaj nije ono sto sam trazio. Bukirao sam smestaj za 4 odrasle osobe a ne porodicni apartman. Apartman sa dve sobe bez vrata da dele te dve sobe, kupatilo bez ikakve police ili kukica za kacenje odece ili peskira, nemate gde da okacite odecu staru ili novu tokom tusiranja. To nije u redu i to nije smestaj za 4 odrasle osobe. Mozda Booking organizacija treba malo bolje da klasifikuje smestaje. Inace vlasnik smestaja je dobar covek i dobar ugostitelj.

Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Ksamil ist eine sehr schöner Urlaubs Ort

Es ist ein Familien betrieb die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Da ich mit meiner Mutter verreist bin und sie schon 79 Jahre ist wurden wir im ersten Stock direkt bei den Stiegen untergebracht.

Semplice ma accogliente

Eccezionale accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari, che si prodigavano in ogni modo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottima posizione sia per l'accesso al mare, sia per il centro. Colazione ottima e sapendo che preferivamo il dolce, il proprietario ci faceva trovare sempre i cornetti. Parcheggio gratuito presente. Inoltre fanno anche un'ottima pizza sia a pranzo che a cena.

Avevamo scelto una stanza con due camere per avere più privacy, tuttavia tra queste camere non è presente una porta. Bagno piccolo, senza piatto doccia e senza tenda.
