Property was in a lush clean state. AC was working great. Peaceful surroundings at night. No noise. Toilet was clean and in great condition. There was no time limitations for going in and out. Balcony was plus plus thing. Small kitchenette and fridge were functional. Hosts were amazing, cooperative, and helpful. He also offered us a taxi ride to Blue eye at very reasonable price.

Property is near to city centre but bit far (around 10 mins walk). In hot day, it feels bit more but overall, not that much far.

We really enjoyed our time there. The owners are very friendly and are always there if you need something. The place is located just one street behind the main road, which means you just need to walk one block to find restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and bus stop. That also means that it's away from the business and noise from centre point, which is very noisy. The kitchen was fully equipped with pans, pots, cutlery and dishes, only missing a microwave but that was not a problem.

The only negative aspect for those who cannot sleep when it's bright is that the door has a glass and there is no curtain, so we needed to hang a towel to cover it, which was totally fine. Also the shower drain was very blocked and we needed to throw some hot water to unblock it, so if you use bleach + hot water will make it better.
