A perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Ksamil.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and the entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The location was also great , a quiet area, yet close to the beach and Ksamil center. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the evenings on the terrace were very pleasant.

We were here in late April…and a lot of places were closed. Nothing to do with the accommodation…but for info only! Actually…we loved it! Might be a bit hectic in season.

very cosy and clean Villa.🤩 we were in four and we Have to bedrooms.(one was with kitchen anex). washing machine and Wi-Fi provided 🤗 we had amazing view from balcony to the black pearl beach 🏝️

close to restaurants and beach

the owner was very unfriendly, even unpleasant; we rent two apartments three nights with a washing machine, but she shut of the machine during the second use and wanted more money; she was watching us from a chair on two meter so we did not have any privacy; airco was broken; one chair was broken; there were two knives (for eating) for 6 persons.

We rented the whole place and are very happy. The best was the host, she came everyday and was very nice and helpful! The other great thing was the location, right infront of black pearl beach wich was perfect for us with small children!

The neighbur had a dog that barked alot even at night wich made it a bit hard to sleep.

They were kind and helpful. We had a small electrical problem and the repairman was there within 10 minutes and fixed it. We will come to them again.

Goed verzorgd prijs/kwaliteit

Privé parkeerplaats. Fijne plek je loopt zo het strand op (in het hoogseizoen betaal je voor een bedje) de aanwezige wasmachine. Meerdere zitjes om buiten te zitten met uitzicht op zee. Goede koelkast. Airco.

De eigenaresse loopt regelmatig rond. En wilde dat we dingen deden die we niet helemaal snapte. Vonden wij niet zo prettig. Daarom besloten elders een nacht bij te boeken.
