Decent, value for money beach stay

Ideal for the beach (there was a hose outside) and there was a patio with a table which was quite nice. It was good value for money and the kitchen was quite convenient. It's quite near the public beach and (the private but nice) Lori beach. Cleaning lady was nice.

The room was a bit cramped, and the place is a bit far from places to eat/centre of town.

The room was very nice and clean, everything new. They have a smart tv so you can watch your own movies. The guest was amazing , very friendly and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this stay. Thank you for having us there.

I certainly want to come back :)

The hosts are very friendly and genuine people. The accommodation is new and cozy, and has everything necessary for comfortable life, including a little kitchen and even a small terrace with a table and chairs which was perfect for enjoying our meals outside. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away and it is absolutely gorgeous. The place is about 10 minutes away from the central supermarkets and restaurants, which made it a perfect location -everything is closely located yet no loud noise at night.

The best people in Ksamil

The owners of the place are genuinely good people who treated me like a part of their family. They run their business professionally and seriously. I came alone, but felt like visiting a friend. Ajda is a sweetheart, Mrs. Fejsta took my heart with her kindness and bright little Siars stole the show 😁 The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby in the place that has 'feels like home' vibes. This was my first time in Ksamil, and I definitely know where I will come back.

Maybe the best place to stay in Ksamil

The owners are very nice. We could not find the location (navigation problem), but the landlady came to pick us from the place where we were waiting. The room was clean and fully equipped. Quiet place. There is enough place for the cars inside the yard and they are under video surveillance. Nice location, nice people.

Good accommodation

The room was clean and overall perfectly fine. The beach is a 10min walk away.

The guesthouse was relatively hard to find. With a sign indicating the guesthouse it would be so much easier! The room isn’t very private due to a walking path directly in front of the window. So we had to keep the curtains shut.

Excellent experience

We stayed for 5 days at Siars Guesthouse and we really loved and enjoyed our time there. The host were very welcoming and always ready to help with whatever need we had. They even offered us help with an issue we faced with our car. The house was very good located, a few beaches of Ksamil like 'The last bay', 'Lori beach'and 'Paradise beach' could be reached by foot in less than 5 min, and others not far by car. The house offered free parking and BBQ service. The room was clean and they offered us extra bed sheets. The room had AC which was very comfortable on the hot days of summer. The room had all kitchen amenities, a smart TV and free Wi-fi. Overall we would definitely choose Guesthouse Siars again. Big thanks to the hosts for their proptitude.

CON UN POCO DE INTERÉS, TODO HUBIERA SIDO DIFERENTE

La ubicación, lo amplio que era y que tenía dos baños.

En ambos baños, la ducha no tenía ni mampara, ni cortina ni nada. Es decir, toda la superficie del baño se encharcaba cuando nos duchábamos. Tuvimos que optar por ducharnos en un baño y que tuviera siempre el suelo mojado y usar el otro para todo lo demás. Los espejos y grifos estaban oxidados. La cocina estaba muy mal equipada. Ni siquiera había una bayeta ni papel de cocina para poder limpiarla después de cocinar. Cuando lo pedimos en la recepción del hotel, nos dieron 4 servilletas y una toalla pequeña. No funcionaba el mando de la tele y aunque pedimos una solución, nos ignoraron. El aire acondicionado del salón goteaba agua en el propio salón.

Gute Lage. Wir waren etwas abseits vom getummelt aber dennoch sehr zentral, sodass alles Fussläufig zu erreichen war

Einiges war defekt. Beispielsweise ist immer wieder die Türklinke runter gefallen. Die Duschhalterung war instabil und man setzt das gesamte Bad unter Wasser beim duschen

Skvělé ubytování za super cenu!

Skvělé a tiché ubytování blízko pláží. S možností parkování v areálu ubytování. Dobrá Wi-Fi a pěkně vybavené prostory. Personál byl také velice příjemný!

WC je těsně vedle sprchy, tedy s každou sprchou byla koupelna celá mokrá a to včetně toalety. Ocenil bych oddělení alespoň závěsem.
