Close to good secluded beaches, but not practical if you’re traveling alone without a car

The property is very close to two secluded beaches, one of them being very calm and beautiful. The host was super attentive and the place was very quiet at night. The bedroom is equipped with a kitchen and clothesline. The pets from the place are super sweet.

The place is far from the center and main beaches (specially if you don’t have a car) and the surroundings don’t have good lightening which made it a little hard to walk alone as a solo women traveler. The bedroom wasn’t very clean (specially the bathroom) and there were a lot of mosquitos.

Warme ontvangt. Gezellige plek, weg van de drukte van het centrum van Ksamil. Leuke plek, tiptop in orde! Goede douche, propere ruime kamer, terrasje, parkeerplaats, kortom alles wat je nodig hebt. Het strand is vlakbij.

Niczego nie brakowało

Bardzo fajny i tani hotel, mój pokój był idealny dla pary albo osoby samotnie podróżującej. Niczego mi nie brakowało, bardzo duży balkon z widokiem na morze i góry. Nowa klimatyzacja. Personel 10/10. Pan (chyba wspolwlasciciel) zna kilka zwrotów po Polsku, fajnie było usłyszeć swoj jezyk w Albani. Do najbliższych dwóch plaż (Lori i Paraside) jest ok. 5-7 minut piechotą Tak samo do dwóch b.dobrych restauracji i do sklepu z rozsądnymi cenami mimo lokalizacji (naprzeciwko wejscia na plażę Lori) Do tych najlepszych (i najdrozszych) plaż z najlepszymi leżakami jest ok 14min piechotą. Spacerek dobrze robi, idzie się wybrzeżem z fajnymi widokami i zachodami słońca. Droga do hotelu jest dosyć prosta, choć trzeba wejsc z 150m pod górkę. Ps.na obiekcie można napotkać piękne małe, młode kotki, w sumie nie wiem czy można je karmić ale zjadały wszystko z smakiem. Polecam z czystym sumieniem

Ubytovani bohužel neodpovídá fotografiim

Odjeli jsme hned po příjezdu, bohužel je ubytování nafoceno lépe, než ve skutečnosti vypadá, hlavně co se lokace týče, o pár metrů blíže k pláži, tedy lepší lokaci a doslova zaplacení o 300kč více, jste ve 4* hotelu s bazénem, se snídaní a úžasným personálem. Mrzelo nás to, s paní se jinak komunikovalo krásně, byť neuměla anglicky, ale to uz se da vzdy nejak vymyslet. Pro prijezd je dobre mit SUV, cesta k ubytovani je do kopce a stara puvodni bez asfaltu.

I loved the environment with chickens puppy dog an home grown vegetable garden with solar panels for hot water. Very friendly accommodating hosts

We had no hot water in the property but the hosts took us to another apartment so we were able to shower

Perfect for cheap accommodation.

Location was what we expected. A little out of the main town but that’s what we opted for. Very close walk to the nearest beaches. The rooms are basic but clean, have everything you need and for a great price. The lady did our washing for us for no cost and was kind enough to hang it up for us before we returned from dinner.

There was rarely any hot water left regardless of when what time we showered, however we didn’t mind as the days were super hot so it was nice to cool down anyway. The walk back from town at night can feel a little eery as there are no street lights.

Ksamil with friends

The apartments were well equipped and clean. We also asked for a barbecue and it was provided. Close to beaches but out of ksamil. This is what we wanted. Enough pots and pans, dishes etc. A nice size veranda that all 9 of us could sit and eat together.

It was the end of the season, but just a club or seaside venue that was playing music too loud and late into the night.

Nice appartment in vicinity to the beach

The property was conveniently located in walking distance to the stone beach and the owners were friendly and supportive. The beds were comfortable and we managed our own meals. The bath was small - the all in one type and the kitchen area equipped with the neccessary items. Cleanliness was fine and the air condition functioned well.

The place was not easy to find and off road according to google maps. A dirt road led to the compound but was not signposted. The place apeared to be fairly new. The watch dog did not look like a happy camper, tied on a rather short leash for long time in the full sun and standing on a non even wooden board. This could improve.

The location was very close to the beach, the bed was very comfortable, very friendly owners, they gave us clean bed sheets on the third day again. Great property for the value of the money we paid. 🌼

The oven was a bit dirty and the kitchen cabinets had some smell.
