Wonderful!

Lovely apartment, well equipped, comfortable. The decor is more appealing in real life than the photos. Great location. Alexis is a truly wonderful guy, as everyone has said. Nice to have access to Alexis' washing machine too (it's free but we still tipped him for the extra water electricity). Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great cost-benefit

The room is great, it's close to everything in Ksamil. The man who received us was extremely welcoming, always trying to help, was very flexible with check-in and received us late at night. The city is beautiful and we were able to relax, the room facilities are great for the price. The view from the balcony is beautiful

Lovely location in Ksamil

We were a group of 10 people. 4 adults and 6 children aged from 6-15. We had four studios each with a kitchen and shower/toilet. None of the showers had any curtains and water spread all over the tiny bathrooms. We were told to mop after showering. A very nice and friendly owner. He lives in the property. He provided toilet paper when we asked for it. We also had to ask for hot water. He was never problematic though. Extremely good location just one minute from Ksamil beach . Very close to all bars, restaurants and other facilities. Worth the money for the out of season period (April). Weather okeyish for April.

Placement is very near to the beach. Also, there are lots of restaurants around. The rooms are very big and good.

There is a bar near the (actually not near but just like next door) apartment, they are playing music till 24.00 and this is really unbearable. Also the beds are not good for someone have back bone problem.

A great place to stay in Ksamil! We were welcomed by the kind smiling Alexis who is very hospitable and communicated using google translate! It is located super close to the beach and in a super quiet place, so had a good night sleep! We stayed in the Mountain View studio which had comfy beds and air con worked well! FYI- Ground floor apartments have great views of the sea! Alexis let us use the washing machine which dried overnight- thank you! Had a place to park our car inside the property!

Alexis is very friendly even though I could not speak his language The room is spotless, with a good balcony and very close to the beach and shops. Thank you I loved my stay.

There is no hot water in the kitchen, no sink plug or bowl to do dish washing. I used a pot with hot water from the bathroom. If this could be improved , then the apartment would be perfect.

Nice view, walking distance to all the restaurants and city beaches. Very spacious.

Super noisy. You can hear loud music from the beach bars pretty much all day and into the night. We had a hard time sleeping and did not find it very relaxing.

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes to the public beach. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The Studio Apartment with Sea View had a nice spacious balcony with beautiful see and mountains views. The manager was friendly though the communication was a bit difficult because he could only speak Albanian.

The room I had booked was occupied by other people and two days out of 4 I had to live in the other more cheap room with worse see view. I was disappointed and upset.

A lovely hotel in front of the beach

Alexis has been extremely friendly. We communicated well with the help of Google Translate. I decided to stay one more night because Ksamil was really enchanting! I had the room on the ground floor with a big living room / kitchenette and balcony. The bedroom was on the quieter side, which was great.

Exceptional

Alex is a very friendly man. He not speak english, but we understood each others. Everything was good. The view to the see from the balcony is very nice. The shops, bars and the see is 50-100 m from the appartment.

Good value

The balcony and the view were wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped, the location was amazing, the aircon worked very well and the balcony doors had very good shades. The prices were really affordable

There were a lot of hairs in the shower and the shower itself flooded because of draining issues. The check out time is too early from 7 until 9, and you can hear the staff cleaning the other rooms that early, the linens had some stains and they felt as if they hadn't been changed, unfortunately the owner didn't speak enough English to address some of these issues

The owner and staff was very polite and friendly. The location is good, near to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

You get a lot of smoke from the chimney in the second floor when people from first floor is using the oven. The parking is small. If u plan to use the car, you have to deal with the owner and wait for others to move cars.

Exceptional

Hotel Alexis is a hidden gem. Really close to center and the beach is right in front of the hotel. It has it's own private parking which is very good if you travel by car. The apartment was very nice with big balcony and sea view. We really enjoyed our stay!

L'emplacement est super au coeur de Ksamil avec vue sur la mer etla montagne Situé a 100 metres de la plage. *La gentillesse de notre hote ALEXIS . Je connais Bien Ksamil depuis plus de 15 ans et je veux dire que si j'ai toujours ete bien reçu à Ksamil , HOTEL ALEXIS à de trés loin le meilleur rapport qualité prix

Buena ubicación

El apartamento es muy amplio, tiene una bonita terraza con vistas al mar. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. Y tiene parking propio gratuito que en verano se agradece.

El aire del dormitorio no funcionaba y las camas no eran muy cómodas, los colchones son de muelles.

De locatie, vriendelijke gastheer, lekker balkon, ruim app.

De bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Beetje oubollig allemaal. Ben niet fan van douchen in de badkuip. Nabijgelegen strand was klein en bomvol.

Prisvärt, bra utrustat kök och stor kyl och frys. fin balkong i norrläge med skugga. Tyst område trots flera barer med musik i närheten.

Lakanen var polyester, dåligt tryck i kranen ich duschen och knappt varmvatten i kranen i köket: Finns ingen kaffebryggare, bara vattenkokare. Sängarna saknar bäddmadrass så man känner av fjädrarna lite, ganska hårda men okej. Hög musik på stranden hela dagen.

Balkondan deniz seyretmek harika. Alexi her zaman yardımcı oldu. Önünde çok güzel plajlar var. İster ücretli, isterseniz 200 m ileride ücretsiz plaj mümkün. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Biz çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Yine gelsek yine buraya geliriz.

O apartamento è bem simples, tudo limpo, que è o principal . Localizacao maravilha. 4 minutos ate a praia andando( foto abaixo), 5 minutos andando ate supermercado, paisagem da varanda ( foto abaixo) inesquecivel. O proprietario muito agradavel,super atencioso.
