The bathroom was small.

If you're considering to book this place, do it! You will not regret it! Myself, my hubby and our 3 kids stayed at this Vila for 2 weeks in July. What a delight it was. We initially wanted to cancel due to parking but the owner assured us we would always have parking and this was very true. Our first meeting was with Mida and Sara from Ice Roll which is the ice cream place below the apartments. Little did we know that these two amazing humans would make our experience so enjoyable with big smiles and short conversations. Mida always made sure we had parking and that everything was OK for us. He really did absolutely all he could to make sure we were happy and fine. Mida is one of the most hard working people I have ever met. The apartment was very clean! I have to say that the cleaning lady was amazing. She regularly cleaned our place until it was spotless, changed bedding and was a very sweet lady. Despite the language barrier, we managed to understand each other. My girls loved her. I didn't know that regular cleaning was included and this was just such a lovely bonus! Coming from Scandinavia, I was too used not having this. I was a bit concerned about how it would be with noise levels (before we arrived), being so central and close to so many bars and I have to say that the owners did a very good job at ensuring there is minimal noise coming through at night. Once the mosquito screens, glass doors and shutters were closed, also being on 3rd floor, we all slept very well! Also, it was so nice to have mosquito screens on the doors! The balcony. This was epic. My goodness gracious me, the view is so incredible, the sunsets were simply drop dead gorgeous! We regularly sat on the balcony people watching, sea watching and sun watching. Enjoying the music from below. Ksamil is just good vibes. We also ate all our breakfasts on the balcony before leaving to explore. The location of this apartment is simply perfect.

Ok, I agree with some of the other comments about a one plate stove but we did manage just fine without our eggs for breakfast.

We loved the property - it was a great place to stay in Ksamil with the beach and restaurants so close! The balcony on the apartment with sun beds is amazing and makes for a very relaxing stay. The view is beautiful especially at sunset where you get a prime view of the sun dipping into the ocean. Nalda who helped us at checkin was very friendly and always said hello as we came to and from the apartment which was a nice touch.

It can be a little noisy at night with music and chatter from the street. For us it didn’t impact the stay we still had a great time but if you were a light sleeper or preferred a quieter environment this might be something to keep in mind.

The location is great. The room and building in general was shiny clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. The view and balcony were pleasant and the apartment spacious and comfortable.

The room we got had many flaws. The WC was inside the shower, with the sink in front of it, and the shower curb right where your feet are supposed to lay. It was very uncomfortable trying to stand up from the WC without having to grab the sink to help you pull. You could feel the sink moving a bit. One day it may get completely loose. On top of that, there was a permanent puddle of water inside the shower, just imagine using the WC in the middle of the night (you have to put some sort of shoes on, and deal with the water/dirt depending on the shoes you wore). The kitchen didn’t have a stove (we didn’t care because we were not going to cook, but we found it inconvenient given that the kitchen seems fully equipped). At night it can be a bit noisy outside.
