We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in Apartments NERI.Any criticism has only been meant positively.

We were met by a lovely lady who helped us carry our luggage up to our apartment. She often asked if she could help us. The apartment had a balcony on two sides with table and chairs. The view was super.. We were able to leave our luggage with our host after check out until the afternoon when our transport collected us. Thank you !!!

Not much room to cook or wash up. Only a two hot plate cooker . No grill, oven or microwave which could easily be wall mounted…. We like to do a combination of eating out in restaurants but also having the choice of eating in an apartment.

Wonderful stay in a perfectly located apartment, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has a lively and welcoming atmosphere, with stunning sea views. Many thanks to the manager, who is truly professional: excellent communication, very responsive, and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back as soon as possible.

Great location

The location of the apartment was excellent. Next to super market and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

It would be really nice to change the curtains to something darker as the apartment has no shades and the curtains are transparent. We woke up really early because of the light.

Cheap, but not great.

Location is close to a beach and reasonable distance to center and nightlife, everything is walkable. And it is definitely a cheap place to stay. Also had parking which is nice.

For four people it is definitely small, with someone sleeping in the kitchen. The bedroom with 2 beds also is a bit cramped. The bathroom also is very small and the showerhead could not hang so you have to hold it (and it has a shower curtain). The bathroom also has the toilet in it and the drain is in the middle so after a shower prepare for wet feet if going to the toilet or wanting to brush your teeth. The beach that is close is completely packed with beds, so we ended up going to other beaches instead which are nicer (Laguna for more desolate, pema e thatë for more beachbar vibe).

Apartman is very close to beach. It's quite. It's clean. Have parking in front. Near shop and restaurants. Everything is perfect. Owner are nice people even they speak low English like most people in Albania but we make conversation somehow. I recommend this place.👍👌

Location and overall facilities

Didn't clean our 2 apartments (for 5 nights stay) even that they personally promised me to do so, and it was written that they clean every 3 days. Some equipments were not available in all apartments.

Good apartment but not for value of money

It was very clean, the staff was great and the kitchen has everything that you need.

The apartment is small for 4 people, bathroom is very small and there is no hair dryer in the apartment. The location is close to the beach, but the beach is too crowded and the umbrellas are placed next to each other in a very small space, so we had to use other beaches a few kilometers from the apartment.

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti in questa struttura ed è stata esattamente come immaginavamo, appartamento grande arredamento con le cose essenziali, con un balcone grande con vista mare. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Posizione della struttura in pieno centro e potevamo andare alla caletta a piedi. La zona piena di ristoranti e locali. Parcheggi sotto la struttura. Se dovessi tornare a ksamil sicuramente tornerei lì.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Ksamil

Die Besitzerin Ola war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Appartements waren blitzblank sauber, eine 10+ Beste Lage überhaupt - einer der schönsten Strände in Ksamil und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Matratzen waren eigentlich sehr gut, aber etwas hart an der Oberfläche. Wer mehr als 100kg wiegt und auf der Seite schläft, bekommt vermutlich Druckstellen, wie ich. Sonst gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beklagen und ich bin in mir sicher, wir hätten Olla fragen können, falls uns etwas gefehlt hätte.

Soggiorno Fantastico

La Vista sul mare, spettacolare. La vicinanza a tutto al centro di Ksamil. Nonostante tutto zona molto silenziosa e staff gentilissimo. È stato un soggiorno eccezionale.

Forse sarebbe da migliorare il bagno, ma tutto sommato va bene cosi.

Nichts besonderes aber ok

Die Lage ist super. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und alles wichtige in Ksamil ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem kann man vor den Menschenmassen am strand sein. Die Gastgeberin wohnt mit im haus und ist somit jederzeit erreichbar.

Leider ist die Dusche direkt neben dem Klo, so dass es sich nicht vermeiden lässt, dass das ganze Bad nass wird. Etwas nervig für die, die nach einem ins Bad wollen. In der Küche fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, wenn man sich selbstversorgt. Die Unterkunft ist funktional aber nichts besonderes.

Un tuffo dal balcone direttamente nel mare

Tutto,la vista sul mare,la vicinanza alla spiaggia la luminosità dell'appartamento, la bellissima terrazza e la pulizia.La signora,gentilissima ha cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani per ben due volte. La macchina aveva il parcheggio gratis proprio sotto casa ed eri al centro del paese,insomma, un soggiorno splendido tanto che ti dimenticavi dei 50 scalini....

Piccole cose,la mancanza di un phon e qualche pentola in più .

Cudownie spędzony czas

Super apartament!!! Czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Sprzątany co drugi dzień, wymieniane ręczniki i zmieniana pościel. Doskonale wyposażony. Bardzo uprzejme właścicielki. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie i w doskonałej lokalizacji.

Pustostan przed budynkiem, ale to nie wina właścicieli.
