Bath towel are not soft and very old feels like they are used for very long time also the bathroom is too small and the AC unit in the main room is very close to the bed and the bed is hard and for the breakfast it was okay

The hotel is located next to the beach. The hotel stuffs are friendly and supportive. We loved the breakfast!
The cons of the location is loud music, but it is ok when we close the doors and window.

It was a pretty hotel, very close to the centre of ksamil and had parking.
We reserved a studio with a sea view, but were given a tiny double bedroom with a partial sea view from the corner of the balcony. The description is very misleading, it's not a studio at all and you barely see the sea. Also the door of the shower had been removed, so water went everywhere, and it was not the same shower shown in the pictures. The food at breakfast was also cold. Was very disappointed because all the reasons why I booked this particular hotel were non-existent when we actually showed up. I asked to change the room but they told us there were no other options available.
