Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Easy walk to to beaches

No wine glasses in the kitchen and beds were quite hard.

Amazing!

Me and my friends booked a room for the weekend and we were warmly welcomed by the host, she is super sweet and helpful. She booked for us a table at Guvat restaurant with a beautiful table, on the sea. She helped us by also giving us a taxi and she made sure we were okay and good to go out (we are 3 girls so it was nice to have felt safe with them!) if you wanna go to ksamil make sure you book here! Especially if you want safety, good tips to where to go, and a nice room!

Excellent Location.

They should seriously consider providing thicker blankets suitable for sleeping with the air conditioning on. Currently, they only provide thin sheets. If you sleep with the AC, you get very cold, and if you turn it off, it becomes too hot. It is not comfortable. • The Wi-Fi barely works. The signal is very weak and keeps dropping. Even on the terrace, there is no signal. • Speaking of the terrace, adding some shade would make it much more enjoyable. • There is mold on the bathroom ceiling, which should be fixed for both health and aesthetic reasons.

Outstanding stay!

Everything was outstanding. From the lovely helpful and friendly lady who gave us an option of a room change to how great the room was. It was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. They also included , very kindly a celebratory drink in the room for our 5 year anniversary. I am very grateful for their hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend. Thank you !

Beautiful, clean and very good host!

The host was very friendly and helped us a lot with good reccomandations. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good. Good location too for Ksamil center. Amazing stay!

Great location, clean and welcoming!

Dine Hotel is run by a family - you can see the care they take and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Our room was clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast is fresh and changing most days. The host personally sends you lots of activity and restaurant recommendations and kindly answered questions we had about the area. It's in a great location, not too close to the music and beach clubs but easily walkable. The free parking is safe and the hotel feels clean and friendly. It was affordable for our visit and we'd recommend staying here!

Great view, overpriced

Extremely kind and professional staff. Spacious room by the beach with gorgeous views.

I give it a 9 because I think it is a great place but I think it is overpriced. This was the most expensive hotel of our whole Albanian trip. However, the hotel does not have an elevator, the bedsheets had stains (not because they were dirty but because some stains are difficult to remove). Moreover, the staff does not make your bed, only leaves the folded bedsheets for you to make the bed. For a hotel of 150€/night, I think that these details are important.

Best hostess in Albania! Fantastic location and helpful host.

I would highly recommend this accommodation in Ksamil. It is near to the beach in a beautiful side of Ksamil. Close to lovely restaurants and walking distance to all parts of Ksamil. The room was fabulous withbeverything you need and a stunning view overlooking the sea. What made this accommodation even more exceptional is the hospitality of Jonida, the host. All we can say is WOW. She is incredible and so knowledgeable. She made our trip to Ksamil and Albania! She helped organise a beautiful day trip to Himare, taxi to Lekursi Castle for sunset and transport to The Blue Eye and Gjirokaster when we were leaving. Now we are in Tirane, she is still helping us to make sure we get the best value for our holiday etc with tips and arranging taxi for us. She is like our personal guide and is so helpful. Thank you Jonida, we will be back and telling everyone about your hotel.

Amazing, lovely & perfect location!

Everything was perfect, the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating and ensured our stay was to our standards! Breakfast was delicious and our check in and check out was very smooth. Area was very safe and we could go out in the night to the town very easily

Everything was perfect! The property was very clean, in a great location, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was also very good - a great way to start the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent stay would return

Our stay was amazing - it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay! The location is also perfect it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the busier restaurants.

Wonderful beach vacation in Ksamil

Location in a quiet area of town with sea views was superb. The grounds are well maintained. The room was large and comfortable. Towels and linens were good quality. Everything was immaculate inside and outside. The breakfast area was a beautiful patio. The owners are kind and efficient and so warm and welcoming. We lived staying at Dine Apartments and highly recommend it!

Incredible!

Apartment is 3min walking from beach Plazhi Paradise. Jonida was super helpful since check in, she also helped is getting a taxi to head back to Sarande. Which in peak time is almost like an impossible mission.

Lovely family owned apartments

Great spot, clean and comfortable, modern bathroom with proper rain shower head and good power, small useful kitchenette and balcony with a sea view even for the not sea view room. The owners are Albanian and their daughter manages all the communication, she was very responsive before we arrived, let us check in early at 11am, changed €50 into smaller notes for me and was just really friendly and kind. It’s not right in the centre but close enough easy to walk everywhere and is quiet and near some of the better beaches towards the last bay.

It is relatively expensive but I think that’s just Ksamil as it’s in line with other property prices and at least this one is modern with a proper modern shower!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is so beautiful and everything was so clean. The family who runs it is so lovely and sent us restaurant recommendations. It was in the most perfect location right on the beach and in town.
