It is a family run business and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean modern and in a good location close to the beach and the restaurants but away from all the noise. The breakfast was really good and we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot for a couple of extra hours while we looked around after checking out.

Overall it was a good stay. The people where friendly. It is near the main road and beach which makes it quite accessible.
The bathroom was quiet small, but it was manageable.

It was a pretty hotel, very close to the centre of ksamil and had parking.
We reserved a studio with a sea view, but were given a tiny double bedroom with a partial sea view from the corner of the balcony. The description is very misleading, it's not a studio at all and you barely see the sea. Also the door of the shower had been removed, so water went everywhere, and it was not the same shower shown in the pictures. The food at breakfast was also cold. Was very disappointed because all the reasons why I booked this particular hotel were non-existent when we actually showed up. I asked to change the room but they told us there were no other options available.
