Гарне розташування, чудовий вид з тераси на море, зручна парковка, охайний, доглянутий двір.

Зламана кришка унітазу, жахливі сніданки, все холодне. Бокси для їжі без підігріву. Не було фруктів, окрім дині. Навіть не було нарізки(ні мʼяса, ні сиру). Оливок які коштують 4євро кілограм. Якби ми були з чоловіками, вони були б головні.

Mooie locatie! Grote kamers, uitzicht prachtig! Erg klantvriendelijk en meedenkend in oplossingen. Gaven ons een upgrade van kamer ivm slecht weer, waardoor het vanuit de kamer alleen al erg konden genieten van het uitzicht. Alles in de buurt en te voet te doen.

Bellissima struttura con parcheggio privato, situata in posizione strategica, a due passi da spiagge, ristoranti e principali attrazioni. Gli ambienti sono curati e pulitissimi, le stanze spaziose e arredate con gusto. Consiglio vivamente la camera all’ultimo piano con vista mare: un’esperienza che vale davvero la pena. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e attenta, pronta a suggerire ristoranti e attività per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, perfetta per iniziare bene la giornata. Al check-out ci è stata data la possibilità di utilizzare un bagno privato nel pomeriggio e ci sono state offerte delle bevande: un gesto davvero apprezzato che dimostra l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un hotel che consiglio senza esitazione: un mix perfetto di comfort, accoglienza e ospitalità.

Amazing!

Me and my friends booked a room for the weekend and we were warmly welcomed by the host, she is super sweet and helpful. She booked for us a table at Guvat restaurant with a beautiful table, on the sea. She helped us by also giving us a taxi and she made sure we were okay and good to go out (we are 3 girls so it was nice to have felt safe with them!) if you wanna go to ksamil make sure you book here! Especially if you want safety, good tips to where to go, and a nice room!

They should seriously consider providing thicker blankets suitable for sleeping with the air conditioning on. Currently, they only provide thin sheets. If you sleep with the AC, you get very cold, and if you turn it off, it becomes too hot. It is not comfortable. • The Wi-Fi barely works. The signal is very weak and keeps dropping. Even on the terrace, there is no signal. • Speaking of the terrace, adding some shade would make it much more enjoyable. • There is mold on the bathroom ceiling, which should be fixed for both health and aesthetic reasons.

Everything was outstanding. From the lovely helpful and friendly lady who gave us an option of a room change to how great the room was. It was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. They also included , very kindly a celebratory drink in the room for our 5 year anniversary. I am very grateful for their hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend. Thank you !

Super séjour et très bon hôtel!

Belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner et personnel super accueillant. Dès notre arrivée la femme à l’accueil nous a envoyé sur whatsapp pleins de bonne adresses (restaurants, beach bar, jet ski, bateau, visites, etc.) et peut même réserver pour nous, très pratique quand on vient pour la première fois à Ksamil. L’hôtel est bien placé seul point à tenir en compte on entend dans la chambre la musique venant d’un bar pas loin jusqu’à minuit mais se qui n’était pas dérangeant pour nous.

Great location, clean and welcoming!

Dine Hotel is run by a family - you can see the care they take and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Our room was clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast is fresh and changing most days. The host personally sends you lots of activity and restaurant recommendations and kindly answered questions we had about the area. It's in a great location, not too close to the music and beach clubs but easily walkable. The free parking is safe and the hotel feels clean and friendly. It was affordable for our visit and we'd recommend staying here!

Extremely kind and professional staff. Spacious room by the beach with gorgeous views.

I give it a 9 because I think it is a great place but I think it is overpriced. This was the most expensive hotel of our whole Albanian trip. However, the hotel does not have an elevator, the bedsheets had stains (not because they were dirty but because some stains are difficult to remove). Moreover, the staff does not make your bed, only leaves the folded bedsheets for you to make the bed. For a hotel of 150€/night, I think that these details are important.

Arrivati tarda sera non c’era acqua la tv non funzionava il lenzuolo di sopra era macchiato c’era il termos ma non il caffè il bagno 1,70x1,70 come aprivi per entrare non c’era più spazio la cabina doccia bassa che mi sono anche ferito sul capo !! Nei tre notti mai il cambio biancheria né pulizia della stanza ho dovuto comprare sciampo e bagno doccia poiché solo all’inizio c’era una dose per una persona la tv non ha mai funzionato nonostante non c’erano i canali perché Smart comunque non capisco le recensioni che avevo letto convincendomi nella scelta

Best hostess in Albania! Fantastic location and helpful host.

I would highly recommend this accommodation in Ksamil. It is near to the beach in a beautiful side of Ksamil. Close to lovely restaurants and walking distance to all parts of Ksamil. The room was fabulous withbeverything you need and a stunning view overlooking the sea. What made this accommodation even more exceptional is the hospitality of Jonida, the host. All we can say is WOW. She is incredible and so knowledgeable. She made our trip to Ksamil and Albania! She helped organise a beautiful day trip to Himare, taxi to Lekursi Castle for sunset and transport to The Blue Eye and Gjirokaster when we were leaving. Now we are in Tirane, she is still helping us to make sure we get the best value for our holiday etc with tips and arranging taxi for us. She is like our personal guide and is so helpful. Thank you Jonida, we will be back and telling everyone about your hotel.
