Very good place for a nice stay in Ksamil.

The communication was easy and fast, with very kind and supportive staff. The room was spacious enough for 3 people. Just a short distance from the main location for restaurants and the beach. Parking available. Breakfast was quite good.

Not a big issue, but the toilet inside the shower area was a bit odd, because it gets all wet. In the morning the room can be very bright due to glasses on the doors and no blackout on windows. If you have guests on the room above yours, it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper.

An ok one night stay .

Nice but what the images of the sand and palm trees is not what u see ot get The room was clean but the bathroom had a foul smell . The amenities were just down the which was the best part

The facilities were excellent, clean and in a quiet place just 5 min walk from the restaurants and all the activities. The hospitality was great 😀. The breakfast was great. We definitely come back.

A nice place to stay in Ksamil

We spent only one night in Villa Abedini, and our stay was comfortable and clean. The staff is welcoming and super kind, and I have a lot of advice for restaurants and activities. Our room, very clean and comfortable, was on the last floor, with sea view and silence. Both the room and the bathroom are furnished and finished with quality materials. Thanks!

Good location, close to the beach, market and restaurants. Quite small studio with not the cleanest pans and a bit uncomfortable shower. You cannot choose the breakfast, only “menu” that they have and it’s either sweet or salty breakfast, you cannot combine 😓😢 The host is nice and he sent locations for beautiful beaches to visit

QUITE FRIENDLY FAMILY HOTEL IN THE BUSTLING KSAMIL

Nice, polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. It's a quite family hotel in the middle of caotic Ksamil, nearby restaurants and close to take the road out of Ksamil for not-crowded beaches. Daily cleaning

Excellent staff, they helped us with reccomendations, taxis and any other requests. Family run with a lovely breakfast. Centrally located. Great Air-conditioning and a large clothes airer for all the Beach towels ect.

Go to Villa Abedini if you want a great stay in Ksamil!

Aleksander was a great host, ready to assist 24/7. The location was perfect, and the house was clean. The Sea's Soul restaurant Aleksander recommended (with 5% discount) was wonderful!

The items in the kitchen were a bit scarce—there were no bowls, for example. Bedside table lights would be nice, now you have to use the main light which is very bright.

It was truly excellent, from the location and staff to the rooms and food. Everything was very clean, and they changed the bedsheets regularly. The mattress was comfortable too. The food was delicious, and the owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beach was just a short 10-minute walk away. This place is perfect for both couples and families with kids. We highly recommend it, and we plan to return in the future. 🙏🏼

It’s an amazing place to stay, with friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and good location. First impression was that we are in a 5 stars hotel, because of amount of attention we got from hotel staff. My score is 12/10

Beautiful apartment in Ksamil

The hosts were very helpful and nice. They allowed us to do an early check in and even let us have breakfast 😊 the apartment was spacious and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was not very diverse but homemade crepes were amazing especially because we were tired of eating in the restaurants and we wanted some home food. The location is good, not very far away from the beaches and the center, but in a calm area. It had abig balcony.

The only thing we would recommend to do is to put something on the floor in the bathroom because it was very slippery after we were taking shower. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The wifi worked perfectly and the AC too. The villa is located far away from the nose of the busy center. The owners are very helpfull and friendly. Also near to Paradise and Lori beach in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I really recommend it. They do a great job.
