The staff was friendly and sent us several routes to the closest beaches. They were a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was an awesome open buffet. You cannot beat the price of having a place to stay for three people, breakfast included. The room was clean. It has a small balcony with a dry rack for drying your clothes.
The room is modest, but you cannot ask for more from a three-star hotel at such an amazingly low price.

everything was awesome ! I checked in 2 hours before the time without paying an early check-in fee, the place was very clean and comfy and the location is close to everything.. the receptionist is also very kind and responsive, he was very helpful with the choice of the restaurants and so on .. very recommended :)

Near the beach and some rooms are completely new! The family gave us waters, towels, information about beach clubs and boat renting. Alex was very kind. He changed my room to a very good one when I wanted a single room!

Located within walking distance from the nearby sea beaches, Abedini Boutique Hotel is budget friendly and simple one to enjoy and stay for holiday which comes with breakfast. Did not post the breakfast photos but standard dishes 😅.
We booked 2 bedrooms for 3 of us. Not very spacious but good to roam around. There were 2 beds each in both the rooms with one double bed. The beds were well made and the environment was clean. There was a balcony attached and chairs were there for sitting. The washroom was very clean with supply of hot water. We were provided with adequate blankets. There were 2 wall mounted TVs in both the rooms.

Missed jet spray in washroom. The AC was working well but there was only one for both the rooms. Coffee cups and water glasses were adequate but there were no tea or coffee provided. We were given 3 snall tubes of shampoo. A swap with one body wash would have been nice.
Not complaining at all but we rather enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time in the nearby sea beaches as well as walked and explored around the city after sunset.
