Loistava sijainti, aivan kaikkien palveluiden ja rantojen äärellä mutta kuitenkin öisin rauhallista sillä äänekkäimmät yökerhot eivät olleet vieressä. Omistaja Visi oli aivan loistava asiakaspalvelija, aina läsnä ja valmiina auttamaan! Koko paikka pihamaita myöten oli todella siisti ja siivous, puhtaat pyyhkeet ja vuodevaatteet olivat saatavilla päivittäin. Erittäin hyvä ilmastointi. Aivan loistava majoitus!

Vila Visi si è rivelata un'ottima scelta per il nostro soggiorno a Ksamil! La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere il mare che dista davvero 2 minuti a piedi , sia per il centro dei locali e il lato del lungomare dove ci sono i lidi più blasonati e le bancarelle, noi infatti ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi, l'auto l'abbiamo usata davvero pochissime volte e solo per visitare qualche località nei dintorni, inoltre la struttura ha un parcheggio privato all'interno del cancello quindi l'auto è al sicuro. Per quanto riguarda la camera pulizia al top, fatta quotidianamente con cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno, nella stanza è presente un mini frigo e al nostro arrivo ci avevano messo in fresco due bottigliette d'acqua, ho apprezzato il gesto di gentilezza. Wifi disponibile e veloce. Il proprietario Visi è molto cordiale, presente e attento alle necessità degli ospiti, ma mai invadente, inoltre è stato molto gentile e disponibile nell' aiutarci in un problema che abbiamo avuto per un pernottamento in un'altra località che ci è saltato all' ultimo. Tirando le somme noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, non potevamo fare scelta migliore, per cui se state leggendo questa recensione alla ricerca della struttura ideale a Ksamil, bene... l'avete trovata!!!

Piccole critiche costruttive che spero possano essere utili.
In camera nostra mancava uno specchio grande dove potersi specchiare per intero, mentre in bagno avrei gradito una mensola vicino allo specchio per poter appoggiare tutte le cose utili al beauty, make up, creme ecc.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful. The manager of the property was really friendly, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Very accommodating. Thank you for your kindness.
