Nowy budynek w dobrej lokalizacji. Dostępna jest pralka, z której mogłam skorzystać po całym tygodniu zwiedzania północnej części kraju :) jest też podziemny parking w cenie. Właściciele mili , bardzo dobry kontakt. Radzę wymienić sobie euro na leki w jakimś innym mieście bo w Ksamilu kurs to jakaś kpina. Ogólnie apartament cenowo bardzo dobrze wychodzi jak na Ksamil (a nie jest to tylko mały pokój hotelowy tylko cały apartament)
W budynku były oddane do użytku 4 lokale na 2 piętrze. Na dole byli jeszcze pracownicy i wykańczali pozostałe apartamenty. Na szczęście nie było ich bardzo słychać. W 2026 roku zapewne będzie już wszystko gotowe. W sypialni przydałaby się lampka nocna :)

The location is excellent. The accommodation conditions are above average. Underground parking. I had no problems whatsoever. The rest of the services and food are cheaper than the European and Balkan average. I recommend.
The local authorities do not give a damn about investments for the development of tourism. The only ones who invest are private businesses. The traffic is hectic and random, you have to take great care of yourself and your car.

Ci sono piaciute molto le rifiniture moderne della struttura, l’ospitalità dell’ host, la pulizia, la piscina, la vicinanza al centro e ai luoghi di interesse e la possibilità di avere una terrazza in cui mangiare tranquillamente la sera poiché non si trovava in una strada affollata e fragorosa.
L’orario di chiusura della piscina. Dalle 18 in poi bisogna pagare un supplemento di 5 euro a persona.
