Zen Coast Ksamil

The apartment is brand new, thoughtfully decorated and located in the quieter side of Ksamil. It is clean and tidy, pool is great, the entire building is calm and quiet. Easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 2/4 floor. We can recommend!

Here are a few things to consider and change in order to get a 10/10: - check in and check out instructions. There aren’t any. Had to call the owner and there was a bit of a hassle because of that. - no instructions what so ever. Perhaps make a onepager with wifi-code, directions for the pool etc. - please provide a hair dryer, maybe some basic ingredients in the kitchen and a cutting board, some detergent for the washing machine etc. - elevator wasn’t working And unfortunately during our last night we got neighbours upstairs and you could basically hear everything. It wasn’t pleasent to stay up from 3.30 am when they arrived from the bars. Before that we had a pleasent and quiet two nights.

The apartment is a calm area yet close to all the restaurants and the beach. It is very modern and functional with a beautiful view from the balcony and the swimming pool is really sweet! The price was very good. I’d come back here!

It was super difficult to open the door of the building. The door is designed very badly and at times we kept trying opening for 15-20 minutes. The host was not very communicative and didn’t even send a message with instructions to check in. I had to contact them myself and they were not super responsive.

Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything was exactly as described.

Nieuw appartement, mooi ingericht en prima bed

Het appartement was nog niet schoongemaakt toen we kwamen, en moesten dus nog wachten. Excuses werden wel direct gemaakt. Er was geen kennismakingsmap met bvb wifi gegevens. Moesten we zelf achteraan via de berichtenservice van Booking. En toen alleen het wifi wachtwoord gekregen. Het netwerk hebben we alsnog zelf moeten uitzoeken. Ter plekke nog toeristenbelasting moeten betalen terwijl op Booking staat dat het te betalen bedrag inclusief alle belastingen is. Appartement is nieuw. Lift doet het nog niet. Zwembad moet gedeeld worden met 11 andere appartementen dus echt rustig is het niet. Ligging is oke maar vooral omdat er wat eettentjes in de buurt zijn. Voor het appartement zou ik deze overslaan en dichterbij het strand gaan zitten. Er zijn geen schaduwplekken bij het zwembad, noch op het balkon. Waar de hele dag de zon opstaat en de airco staat te loeien met warme lucht op dit zelfde balkon. Gevoelstemperatuur 40 plus graden
