Very good value and comfortable stay.

Everything was absolutely fabulous with my stay. The hosts were awesome. Room was spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Host went out of her way to help me with my laundry as well as softening the lighting in the room which was above and beyond.

I arrived after dark without anyway of contacting anyone to find out how to get the key. (No SIM or data). I had to walk all around the building outside and inside to find someone. I was unaware the hosts lived there too but another guest told me to go to the top floor, which I did.

A cozy, well-equipped villa in a great location

We had a great stay at this villa in Ksamil! The location is excellent—just a 10 minutes walk from the beaches and close to everything you need. The apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, although it was a bit small. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We especially appreciated that the apartment was cleaned every two days—everything was kept tidy and fresh throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely spot to enjoy Ksamil, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

Peaceful, high end, comfortable

Vila Neli is a modern apartment building with high end finishes - the bathroom was wonderful, the aircon so welcome! Having use of the little garden area was wonderful - although shared we didn’t see anyone else and it still felt private as each room has its own little area outside the patio doors. The hosts were kind and offered us beach towels. Only 5-10 min walk from the supermarket and main beaches but quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Great pace for affordable vacation in Ksamil

The host is super kind and helpful. It seems like a familiar guest house. The room was very clean and had the needful for our stay. The location is also good, walking distance from Ksamil city centre and main beaches. We also had access to a nice terrace. Overall I would highly recommend this place

Just a small detail, not actually a breaking point: The room was very clean but a bit tiny considering we wanted to make some meals at home. The kitchen was two steps away from the bed and right next to the bathroom, and the table inside could barely take the 5 of us. We had dinner outside tho and would still come back in the future!

Amazing

The room was exactly like the pictures , not too small , more than enough for 2 people. The very sweet lady came every 2-3 days to clean and it was impeccable!! They are very very sweet and always happy to help you. Every equipment worked , and they were shutters to the window so the sunlight in the morning didn’t bother us. Great location , not far at all from al the beaches and the restaurant! Absolutely recommend renting a room here , that’s a great price !!

Overall everything was great but i would say , the isolation is not the best so if you’re sensitive to noise , bring some earplugs otherwise you could here your room’s neighbors.

Superb

Very modern and well equiped room: little terrace, mosquito nets, everything you need in the kitchen and so on. Friendly owner. 10 minutes walk to the beaches (in the main season I wouldn't recommend a room directly at the beach front as there is loud music all day and night). We had a comfortable stay.

The room was a little bit noisy. Water pipes (e.g. toilet flushing) from the neighbor rooms is comparatively loud and the terraces are directly next to each other with no separation.

Amazing Appartement!

Perfect appartement for 2! Nice, Cozy and Super nice interior! I loved everything about the appartement and the Service was superior! Would definteley come back!

The only thing that bothered us a bit, that the water in the shower was too hot you had to be very careful how to turn the Controller in the shower so that's not burning hot or too cold

If you travel with a family, you will rent one apartment for four people, but if you discover Albania with journey partners, I recommend booking two and more apartments.

everything was very clean and the vila was very modern and comfortable.. the owner will do everything to make you feel good. very well located in a peaceful place. I recommend this place for a few days in ksamil.

the only negative point In my opinion was the fact that our room doesn’t had blinds in the window, so very early in the morning the sun light was already in the room.

The room was quite small for 4 people. The air-conditioning worked well in the main room but in the bedroom it was a little too warm because there isn’t a unit in the room.

The place is brand new, the staff is extremely kind and friendly. We loved the peace and quietness in the evening while sitting on the balcony. The beaches in the nearby are breathtaking and you cannot make a mistake whichever you decide to visit. Thank you guys for everything, we will definitely come back.
