What a delightful find! We came in late at night and were a little unsure as we drove down the gravel road through trees. We were greeted with a delightful upstairs room in a converted stable. The room was very large, well appointed, wonderful shower, and comfy bed. Clearly the decor had been carefully selected in English country chic, and the room was comfy and warm. Breakfast the next morning was served in the main house and was wonderful. There was plenty to eat with a good variety. Caroline and George, the owners, made us feel very welcome, as did the other guests. There is a beautiful garden outside the main house with lovely places to sit. George also put up flags indicating the countries the guests were from each day, as an added touch. While we only had one night here, we would highly recommend!
Can't think of anything!

Something a little different with a personal touch. We were met with a cup of tea on arrival and offered veg from the kitchen garden. A lovely relaxed stay in a quiet location. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

The property was in a peaceful, tranquil location close to good places to visit. Hosts were very welcoming to both human and four-legged guests alike. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was really good too. Being woken by the quacking of farm ducks was rather charming.
There was nothing to dislike at all.

Great breakfast. Lovely walks around the farm. Very friendly staff. Great location for where we wanted to go. Bathroom was separate to bedroom which was no problem for us but might be for others.
Drive to property needs some attention. Had to drive quite carefully

We spent two days in a very nice place, feeling like in a country side, enjoing it. The food was very good and the room had a nice view to the garden.
Thank you Nicky, very kind all the time, she helped us a lot to be in time for our departure!

The concept of staying on the farm was nice. The welcome from the housekeeper was nice.
The room was nice, however the shower was very moldy in the grout, particularly the corners and the soap holder very rusty. Generally the room was clean but the shower was not clean at all. The farm was a bit messy, scaffolding up on roof and around the exit (very narrow also!) hampering the calm asthetic suggested in the photos online.
I think the facilities need an upgrade; the room we stayed in was dated and would benefit from modernizing.
Cooked breakfast was fine, limited in items (only bacon, eggs, mushrooms and toast). Vegetarian breakfast was just the same as others but without bacon. The continental offering was fine, although a few jams/marmalades had been in use for a while!
The 'introduction' of the dogs was a bit unusual - it was clear that the two terriers don't get on with every dog, and so perhaps it would be easier not to introduce them. Particularly when the housekeeper suggested they got on better off lead, which could be problematic if the dogs didn't like each other.
We were planning on booking another night but decided against it.

The size of the room. The lady who greeted us and served breakfast. The breakfast room.
There were spiders in the bathroom and the bed was two singles pushed together rather than one bed.

Impressed with the age and condition of such an old house, but could the very squeaky floorboards be silenced? Amused by the false bookcase! Ingenious!
Difficult to find - though our satnav had failed earlier in the day.
Breakfast was disappointing, bacon was overcooked and fried eggs were a mess

Beautiful location and the owners were very welcoming. The house is full of history very interesting and the barn rooms have been renovated to a very high standard.
Sat nav did not work very well so would suggest having a map.

The place seemed like it should be Italy or somewhere like that...Rustic yet elegant. We seemed to be the only people about on the night of the (self) check-in tho we had a contact person to call and there were other people on the large property I'm sure. It was mysterious and lovely. It is a horse property as well, where people can board their horses and ride in the nearby countryside. The room was in a converted barn and decorated in a colorful, unusual and tasteful way. The good breakfast was in a lovely dining room of the main house.

A very impressive house in the middle of nature. A lot of family history here. An experience you will never forget.

The breakfast was excellent, the lady who looked after us (Nikki) was very helpful and pleasant, she made our stay as pleasant as possible.
No television or radio in room, one kettle in corridor to be shared between rooms, no ensuite toilet. We were supposed to have a private bathroom, but on two separate nights we had to share. The overall internal parts of the building needed care and attention, e.g. plaster broken/cracked in corridors, stairs and room. Only one side of the staircase had a railing.... Safety? Our room was not cleaned, but over a six night stay we would have expected it to have been cleaned at least once or twice.

The welcome from staff member Nicky was really appreciated. She was bubbly, sociable and welcoming. Nick made us coffee upon arrival which was lovely.
The general communication between the property owners and myself was excellent throughout.
Finally the room was stylishly decorated, well maintained and peaceful. A beautiful location!
The King Size Bed only had 2 Single Duvets on it. My partner and I were hoping for a King Size Duvet to cover it!

Breakfast was good.
It would be better if there were onsuite bathrooms /shower. The shower through the dining room would not be ideal if guests are eating in there. Also would like the option of full English breakfast.

Breakfast fantastic
Very comfortable room - bathroom for our use only. The owners were friendly and chatty. We were in company with my husbands cousins at Hollamoor and our stay was very good.
It was a very long drive from East Kent on a Friday with dreadful traffic.

Very comfortable stay, excellent breakfast and easy access for Puppy walking around the farm.
Thought the price for bringing the dog may be a little high, although good access for walks.

The largely unspoiled rural surrounds and still original but well maintained condition of this farm.made an everlasting impression upon us Dutchmen with a lifelong passion for the British countryside and its rural architecture. The owner had clearly done her/his best to give a personal touch to the quite spacious rooms over the former stable yard and the breakfast room inside the main farmhouse adding antique furniture, pictures, upholstery and even interesting book collections.
There were no disappointments really. Our own travel plogramme however became a personal disappointment. It turned out to be too tight to stay longer when we realised that we could spent more days at Hollamoor Farm than the single night we had booked.. It has much to offer if one loves resting and reading after a long day of walking. So we booked another night. Regrettably we did not have enough time to add a third one.

Breakfast was a traditional home cooked & delicious. Our room was a treat, one of several in a 400 yo barn convert. Our host, George was so welcoming, a cup of tea on arrival was a nice way to end our travelling day. We had information left in our room on local restaurants & things to do.
Nothing.
