It was in an excellent position for us to walk down into the bay

It was lovely, clean and a very comfortable bed, we both had a good night sleep, breakfast was very good as well, Dave was very friendly and easy to get on with.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and they clearly used local produce. Nicely cooked. Very friendly staff. The property was like a traditional b&b.

Breakfast was fresh with good choices and good service. However it was only served for one hour 8.30-9.30.

The approach to the property was unkempt and unappealing. Furthermore the steep incline made parking quite a challenge with no room to manoeuvre. We arrived an hour early at 2.00pm and were not allowed in even though we found later that there was a bar and lounge area that we could quite easily have waited until our room was ready. On checking in the property smelt musty. We were staying in Room 9 up three flights of stairs. The room was small and appeared clean. There was no drinking water, no fridge no tissues. Finally the bathroom. It was the smallest bathroom I have ever encountered. I literally couldn’t turn around in it. Obviously it became very steamed up when taking a shower.
